Dear Jairo, The deposit is just a hold on the 100 on your card. We release it after a guest checks out. It might take 2 to 3 business days to reflect on your account. It was just a hold & not a charge, so it won't be a refund, it was released on your account. Please check your bank statement & you'll see there is no pending charge or hold of 100 from Hollywood Inn Express on your account. The amount is usually not immediately refunded because we need to check the room for any damages. We need to hold the amount to prevent smoking or any damage in the room. I hope you'll understand. Thank you for staying with us.

Hotel muy básico. Eso sí con parking. Alejado del centro (downtown). Tienes que avisar la limpieza un día antes sino no hacen la habitación. Lo justito para pasar la noche. Si te gusta caminar este es tu hotel. Tiene microondas, hielo, frigorífico,etc.

El personal nada coordial. Ya pasó un mes y aún no se me reembolsa el depósito de 100 usd. Las habitaciones no se parecían en nada a las fotos, mal olor en las habitaciones. Me enviaron un e-mail el día de mi llegada para decirme que mi reserva estaba cancelada , marque por telefono y me pidieron una tarjeta de crédito para cargar mis habitaciones pues sino perdía la reservación a pesar de que en la app elegí la opción de pagar en el establecimiento a mi llegada. El personal del hotel solo habla inglés (no fue limitante para nosotros, pero decían no saber nada de español) Para los 100 usd de deposito, no me dejaron pagar con una tarjeta de crédito porque no traía nombre ni números de tarjeta impresos (cosa que por seguridad así las emiten algunos Bancos).
