Set on a hillside, this home surrounds you in spectacular vistas of the Downtown LA skyline indoors and out. Drink in the view from showcase windows in both the kitchen and the primary bath, whose tub overlooks the sweeping city below. Open the wide doors to the deck and the panorama expands to infinity, enhanced by a relaxing Japanese cedar hot tub and an intimate dining area for four. By night, the light-washed living room turns into a cozy movie space, thanks to a pull-out projector screen. The kitchen offers both counter and cafe seating. Fully equipped with high-end appliances, it`s ready for everything from morning coffee to memorable meals and easy entertaining. A designated workspace and two full, clean-lined bedroom suites with tubs and generous clothes hanging space complete the amenities.

City Terrace is a hillside neighborhood near DTLA, It`s close to most attractions in Los Angeles. Near major freeways.

There are several important things to note before booking:

NO PARTIES are allowed on the property.
Please respect our neighbors and keep your noise at a reasonable level.
If there is party discovered you will be a subject to a $5,000 fine.

NO SMOKING.
We have a strict NO smoking/vaping allowed inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 penalty.

PRIVACY & SECURITY. The house is quiet and secure, with a tall gate, digital locks, tall trees and tall wood fencing to ensure privacy.

STEPS. There are about 12 steps down the hill to the house.

WILDLIFE. There are skunks in the neighborhood that every few months hang out in the yard, please be careful if you bring a dog. You might see some stray cats occasionally as well.
Pets -
We love dogs and cats and they are welcome to play on the yard and enjoy the property. When requested to do so, animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered and under the guest’s control.
