Tenía un olor como a cigarro o marihuana aunque el hotel decía que no se podía fumar en ninguna habitación, la televisión nunca pude hacer que funcionara y el servicio de internet se desconectaba constantemente, el personal es sumamente frío, no saben de servicio al cliente.

La propiedad esta a escasos minutos de Los Angeles, studios universal, observatorio Griffin, lo cual fue bueno en nuestro viaje. La habitación estaba limpia, cuenta con horno de microondas, refrigerador, plancha, mesa, escritorio, la habitación tenía un buen tamaño. Agregando además que el hotel te proporciona en el Lobby cafe, agua mineral, agua de sabores muy agradables.

El lugar bonito, limpio, tranquilo y seguro, en caso de que no alquilen auto es muy sencillo acceder al servicio de transporte público desde el hotel. Sería excelente que volvieran a dar desayuno o que el servicio de limpieza en la habitación sea más constante. Completamente recomendado si regreso a L.A definitivamente me hospedaría ahí de nuevo.
