Excelente hotel .. si hay algo que tendría que decir en contra es que los recepcionistas no hablan español … pero todo lo demás . La estancia , la habitación , el hotel en general está de lujo ..

Experiencia desagradable
No me gusto hospedarme en este hotel. Antes de mi estancia no me avisaron que para hacer uso de la alberca tenía que hacer cita, al momento de llegar a hacer el check in no había ningún espacio para hacer uso de la alberca en todos los días en los que estaría hospedado. Pedí unas toallas para la habitación y nunca me las llevaron. Experiencia desagradable. :(

Two days after making my reservation I received an email indicating different hours for the breakfast buffet than indicated on Expedia, housekeeping only upon request and other changes in services. It was an omen. When I checked in I was informed that there was a $10 parking fee per day, something I had never heard of and should have been made aware of. The morning, we went to check out we decided to go to the breakfast buffet. No signage or directions could be found. After 10 minutes we found it on the second-floor way in the back of the hotel again with no signage. However, the topping occurred when we were checking out. We had prepaid so the only charges were the parking fee and the cost of the buffet. We were told that they usually posted the buffet charges in the afternoon so the hotel would have to bill separately later, BUT there was the charge for the IN ROOM BOTTLED WATER. I told the person that the room had a couple of bottles of water in it but we had not used them. Also, as it was 7:30 AM, even if they had housekeeping, how would they have known if we had used the waters? I can only assume that they charge all of the guests for the water and only if there is a protest do they remove the charge. The appear to try to get every dime they can from their guests. I advise you not to stay at this hotel.

Great location for my needs. Hotel was clean and rooms were well kept. Unfortunately, they really need to update their beds...Not a good sleeping experience.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. They lost my sweater that I left hanging in the closet and they charged me for a water bottle I never used 2 days after check out. Be careful at this hotel they just use the credit card freely for charges that you do not use.

The hotel was nice with very minor annoyances. The room spacious and clean. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any extra bedding for the sofa bed and had to call to have them brought up. With our late arrival our son just wanted to sleep. The dresser drawer kept sliding open on it’s own which was a bit annoying. I have a young child and didn’t feel safe letting her roam alone. Food was Great and the staff was amazing.

Checking in experience was atrocious: lock of the room would not open, front desk asked me to wait in front of the room for the maintenance guy, who never showed up. After 30 min waiting and returning to the front desk, they eventually gave me another room AC in the room was like a freight train. Had to choose between being way to hot to sleep, or being woken up very 20 min when the AC would kick in.
