Communication with the (presumably corporate) staff for this location was few and far between. Upon arrival, one sink backed up as soon as we flushed a toilet in the secondary bathroom- we reported the issue, and it went almost entirely un-acknlowledged despite followups, pictures, and contacting VRBO support. The sink ended up overflowing during our stay, while our pleas for help or updates regarding it went largely unnoticed.As for the property, there was no mention of the on-site gym advertised, and the walls were exceedingly thin. Additionally, we were informed we were under "no obligation to share information with the building management if asked." We were also told we are considered "personal guests" of the host, rather than guests of the VRBO. In short, if you stay here, you will not be considered a priority as a guest.
