The property was nicely updated and spacious, but we were disappointed that there was no hot tub (but it was listed on the website) and there was a long list of cleaning tasks upon checkout. We messaged the manager when we arrived about no hot tub (why was it on the listing?) and damage in one of the bathrooms, but never received a response. The manager ignored our message and even took time to remind us about the long cleaning checkout tasks (strip all bedding and start a load of laundry, remove all trash, start dishwasher, turn of all heat, etc). They did not even acknowledge that the listing was inaccurate. I think they meant the house had a BATHTUB, but it was hot a hot tub (which are outside and a big selling point for people staying). This entire thing could have been avoided with an accurate listing and a response from the manager.
