easy access, clean room, with everything you need to rest, what I didn't like is that there is a door that connects to the other room and you can hear a lot of noise

Me encanto que el chico de la recepcion del turno de noche habalara español, fue atento, amable y servicial, el hotel queda cerca de los parques de Disneyland, la habiation es amplia y cuenta con plancha, frigo bar, horno de microondas, esta bien equipada, el desayuno incluido es suficiente para comenzar el dia, lo unico que no nos gusto es que habia un ruido como del aire acondicionado de otra habitacion que se escuchaba muy fuerte en la nuestra

Instalaciones bien no me informaron que había que agendar servicio de limpieza y no la tuve el primer día... hablé para quejarme y tampoco me informaron... hasta que hablé al siguiente día a pedir que porfavor no olvidaran mi cuarto, me informaron que había que agendar el servicio... En el cuarto 527 se oye un ruido muy fuerte como de láminas que se mueven con el viento en la madrugada

Mi estancia fue bastante buena y la opinión del hotel y servicio es de alta satisfacción, mi única queja es que mi habitación olía mal. Sugiero que ventilen las habitaciones. Deberían considerar darle mantenimiento a las puertas de las habitaciones, del baño principalmente.

Tipo Motel, ya viejo, falta limpieza
Tipo Motel, el hotel medio lejos de la zona turística de Los Angeles, en general el hotel viejo y algo sucio. Hay un Dennys para desayunar pegado al hotel, pero también viejo y sucio. Y el costo del hotel alto para lo que recibes.
