Famiy event stay

Enjoyable week while in town for a family event. You can't beat the location by both the bay and beach. House comfortable for 5 adults. Property manager very responsive and resolved quickly the small bumps. Thank you!

Great Mother’s Day in Naples!

We had a wonderful time at the beachside sanctuary. The front patio with bbq and firepit is what we were most excited for, and they did not disappoint! We spent the majority of our time outside and the fenced in courtyard kept our son safely enclosed. The large doors to the patio from the living area made indoor/outdoor living comfortable and easy! We were also happy to be allowed an early check-in, without an additional fee, which was appreciated – thank you!Just to note, there were 2 listing inaccuracies we noticed – there were 3 bedrooms at the home but bedroom #2 is not “private”. It is a walkthrough for bedroom 3 and their shared bathroom. This was not an issue for us since we were all family but something to note. Also, the listing states there is only 1 monitoring camera on the outside of the property, but we also noticed one ring camera inside the courtyard facing our hangout area which made us a little uncomfortable – we are not sure if it was monitoring or not but would light up from time to time.That being said, we had an overall great time and would come back to this property again. You cannot beat the location and that front courtyard.

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a really nice stay. The house was is located in an excellent location, right near the beach and the bay. The courtyard is a great common space to enjoy time with the family. The team checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our weekend. Long Beach is a great area with tons to do with the family. Really a nice weekend getaway spot with the family.

Amazing Place in Long Beach

Originally had reservations for at the Westin in Long Beach when I decided to check out what was on Vrbo. Found this great house and canceled my hotel. The place is great and close to a lot of great restaurants. Did not try to park in the garage and had no problems finding parking on the street. If Im ever back in Ling Beach I will be booking this place again.

Nice and Surprising

very nice property in a good neighborhood. However, it was not a quite property at night as we heard very unusual sounds and voices throughout the night and woke up many times as we thought it is an earthquake or a train is passing by. It was very odd and also the last day, the gardeners showed up without a notice in advance early in the morning cleaning the front yard and scared us to the death by their blowing vacuum machines. Overall we had fun and we were surprised!

Easy Breezy California

Prior to arriving we all talked about the beautiful courtyard, and it did not disappoint! One of the very best features of this house is the open living space that lets you enjoy the very best of California's weather. Sliding glass doors in the living room allowed the outside courtyard to be a part of the inside living area which was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations. A bedroom upstairs has this same feature and sleeping to the sound of waves was absolutely hypnotic and restful. You are literally just a few steps to the beach and it is a great location to drive within minutes to restaurants. This house will be at the top of our list to return to!

Family Vacation

The Grand Welcome team was excellent and very responsive. Location on the ocean side of the peninsula was great. July 4th week is very busy on the peninsula so getting in and out requires patience at times. Garage fits cars under 180" in length. Overall a great stay.
