We had a great stay at this property! The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed strolling along the boardwalk and over on the peninsula side in the evenings.The bikes were a fun bonus, though it would be helpful if a tire pump was provided since the tires were a bit low. The patio was a highlight — very inviting with the gas fire pit and string lights, perfect for relaxing in the evening.Inside, the house feels new and modern. We especially loved the large sliding accordion-style window/door to the patio — great for letting in the breeze and enjoying morning coffee from the couch.There was a minor issue with the shower not draining, but the management team was incredibly responsive and had it fixed the same day. The home was very clean, including the floors, and overall well-maintained.A previous reviewer mentioned the yard maintenance team, but honestly, it’s expected for longer stays. They came quickly, did their job, and didn’t disrupt anything.The Keurig was a little finnicky, but there was a regular coffee maker available that worked just fine.All in all, we really enjoyed our stay :)
