Fantastic location, very clean, beachy vibe, plenty of room to spread out and relax when we weren't out enjoying the beautiful weather. Super comfortable main bedroom (didn't use the second bedroom). Clear and easy instructions for locating and getting situated. Everything you need to live like a local...loved being able to walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops (unusual in LA), and having the beach right down the street. Would absolutely stay again!

We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay during our 5-day trip to LA! The location was absolutely ideal—just steps from the beach and surrounded by countless great restaurants.There were bikes available for us to use, a garage for our rental car, a washer and dryer, and all kinds of beach gear provided.The home itself was tastefully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, and the beds, linens, and towels were all high-quality and very comfortable.Last but not least, the entire place was spotless and clearly very well maintained.Truly, there wasn’t a single downside—we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend

This cottage was a great place to stay and had everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, coffee,nice towels, and a cozy cute craftsman vibe. King bed was very comfortable and the twin with trundle was fine. Just a block from the beach, felt safe, quiet and private. Very good check in directions. It really had everything we needed and we appreciated the bottle of wine upon arrival! Elizabeth was very responsive and communicated promptly during the booking process. Thanks for a nice stay!

Quiet cottage, great location and amenities

This cottage was great for two parents and our older teen. The spacious garage was key for staying in Venice with a car. Everything in the house worked. Owner was very responsive. Quiet neighborhood at night -- we slept soundly. One teeny note: the second bedroom feels quite sparse and unlike the comfortable vibe of the rest of the house. Overall, this place is a keeper.

Maison très propre et très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'avoir à disposition tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Les chaises de plage, les vélos offrent un grand confort. L'emplacement de la maison est exceptionnel! Un bémol, le peu d'échange avec le gestionnaire qui nous a semblé très froid.

We splurged a bit with this beautiful home but it was well worth it! Loved the location to the beach and canals and really appreciated the “extras” - emergency toiletries, beach towels, beach toys, bikes, wagon, coolers etc. Thank you for accommodating our family’s trip of a lifetime!

A dream house!

So close to Venise

Great location and a great house. We loved the bikes and priximty to the beaches. Having a rental vehicle, the garage was extremely helpful. The interior was well laid out and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

MAISON TRES CONFORT A PROXIMITE DE LA PLAGE

Grande maison très très bien équipée ( notamment cuisine ) avec garage pour la voiture. Mise à disposition de vélos. Elisabeth est très réactive. La plage est à 100m, California way of life garanti !! Maison parfaite Seul point minime d'amélioration : le second matelas "tiroir" qui dans le cadre en bois fait bcp de bruit quand on bouge, on a du le mettre sur le sol Seul poin

Property was as advertised, comfortable for a family of 4 including 2 teens. Beach vibes with high quality appliances and finishes throughout the property. Less than 1 block from the beach, can’t beat the location and the host proactively communicated prior to arrival making check in very easy. Would stay here again.
