We had an amazing time at this Beautiful home. Such Great place and location. Can not be more Grateful for the opportunity to spend a couple of days with my Family and enjoy. The whole place is somply amazing. Immaculate. So clean. The pool and huge and clean and we had so much fun. The kitchen, rooms, showers, fridge, stove is all state of the art and available at all times for you to use and enjoy. If you are lloking for a place to spend some family time snd have fun please, please please, you owe yourself the chance to go and enjoy this incredible place. You will not be disappointed. The whole process to rent it is very straightforward and simple. And the renters take very good care and attention to detail so that your stay is a memorable one. Thank you guys for this amazing time. We will be back for sure!!!

Mini Resort

We loved our stay in Los Alamos. The house was well stocked with everything needed for a fun stay. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. Enjoyed playing corn hole while bbqing. Walking to meals on Bell was easy and enjoyable. It was a great place to return to after a couple of wine tasting adventures. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great stay!

Incredible Stay!!

Can’t hype this place enough! This property is one of the cleanest VRBO’s I have stayed in and felt like a real home. The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was lovely having a bathroom for each bedroom. Pool and hot tub were extremely clean and easy to cover/uncover. Our dog absolutely loved the completely enclosed back yard! We stayed here with friends for a winery weekend, but the house is also very family friendly with all the gadgets you’d need for a baby. We just loved walking to the bakery in the morning and walking down to town for dinner at Bell’s. Do not sleep on this one!

Family Memories

We stayed with our kids and grandkids (3 under 7). it was a great layout for the young ones, and we had a wonderful time. Although it was a little cold and rainy the kids loved swimming at night and warming in the hot tub. Great location for a morning run to Bob's Well Bread, and dinner take out from Full of Life Flatbread. (Next time the grands are going to Bell's!)

Fantastic Wine Country Vacation Rental

This house was the perfect spot for 3 adult couples to take a SB wine country getaway. Each bedroom was extremely comfortable. The backyard amenities are second to none. Within an easy 15 minute drive to anywhere you want to get to. The town of Los Alamos is a gem. Gets better each time I visit it. The hosts were super responsive with any small questions we had and check in was a breeze. We’ll absolutely be back again.

Lovely and We’ll Managed

3 couples shared this darling and comfortable house for 5 nights. It’s well appointed, fresh, and comfortable. Atlas Properties, the management company, was such a pleasure to work with. We especially enjoyed the peaceful backyard and warm pool. The house has everything you need, and it was spotless…the photos tell the truth, which is so refreshing for a VRBO

Beautiful property

We absolutely loved our stay and this property. Everything we could need was provided in the house, even a bottle of wine! :) The weather was cold (it was February), so we couldn’t take advantage of the big pool, but we definitely want to go back in summer so we can jump in! The house had multiple places to hang out as a group - kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard - which was perfect for our annual girls trip. I only wish the check in/out times weren’t so late/early. If you go to town, Casa Dumetz was lovely for tasting and Bob’s Well Bread is a required stop for breakfast or sandwiches to go. We will be back!

Great house. Everything is top quality/high end. Property Management was responsive and attentive but not obtrusive. Close to wine tasting and hiking opportunities. Neighbors were close but quiet.

Hidden gem!

This property is really lovely. Fully equipped with everything you need to have a call indeed il time and also very centrally located. We had a perfect, relaxing visit after the holidays and fell in love with the area. The owners were incredibly helpful and communicative.

Lovely stay in Los Alamos

The property was great for the four of us to hang out, cook and relax. Some nice things to do on the property - swim, play games. The management team was very responsive to our few questions. Instant reponses which were appreciated. Overall, very nice and we would come again. A short walk to Bell Street which is also nice. Thank you!

Fantastic gem in Los Alamos

We loved our stay at 7 Palms. The house was well appointed for a longer stay with our family. We had everything we needed to cook meals, hang out on the couch, or work remotely. Our 2-year-old son loved the pool area and lawn games, and being a 10 minute walk from the Los Alamos Playground was a bonus. We loved being a short walk from the heart of Bell Street for many great meals at Bell's, Pico, and Bob's. We can't wait to return to this awesome property! The owners were super communicative throughout our stay, and we appreciate how considerate they were to our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Book it!

I couldn’t recommend this property more. We rented it for 5 girl friends staying the weekend and we all loved it. Communication with the owner was prompt and clear, the house was clean and comfortable, and there was everything we could have needed there. The pool was gorgeous and perfectly warm! Kitchen was stocked with good spices, there were so many wonderful areas to enjoy, and it was within a short walk to town. We didn’t bring the kids this time, but I noticed that Jayla had thought of everything for kids to enjoy their stay too. I saw a monitor, a pack n play, toys, books, pool toys, and high chairs! As a mom of 3 little kids, I would have SO appreciated all of those things when traveling with the kids! Thank you!!

Celebrating the Graduate!

What an awesome venue for a family get together! We celebrated the youngest graduating from college. Her older brother and sister from the Bay Area and LA met us here for a weekend of fun! The property could not have been better! Lots of outdoor game, a large pool, and jacuzzi. Beautifully maintaining backyard, and very clean home. We will come back!

The perfect wine country getaway

This house was absolutely beautiful, a five star experience! Clean, beautifully decorated, had everything you needed plus a few gifts to top off the experience. The town that is an easy walking distance is adorable, with the other towns only a 15 drive away. We will definitely be coming back!

Enjoyable family Getaway

We had an excellent stay at 7 Palms. The instruction booklet was very helpful and it had all the information needed from opening the pool to the jacuzzi to the local restaurants and grocery shopping. The place was clean, well decorated, with all the kitchen utensils you will need - including 3 set of dishes that we appreciated for not having to run the dishwasher after every meal. The owners were very attentive and communicative making sure our stay was as expected. We will definitelly consider coming back..

Exactly what we needed.

Ventured north to Los Alamos for the weekend with family for some much needed down time. 7 Palms is an amazing place to stay with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated pool and provided s’mores/coffee. Everyone was impressed with how clean the house was upon arrival and communication with the owners was seamless and reliable. We will definitely be staying at 7 Palms again this summer! Thank you!
