Inside, there is a cosy living/dining room with terracotta floors and an open fireplace. It is furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen Smart TV and a dining area. The separate kitchen is equipped with a hob, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and Moka coffee maker.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a changing room for guests who play tennis or swim, as well as a shower and laundry room. The pool has a slide, and guests can relax on sun loungers after a refreshing dip. For the more active, there is a floodlit tennis court. At the rear of the house, there is a communal outdoor cooking area with a barbecue, wood-burning oven and sink.

Location
The apartment is in an excellent location in the heart of Tuscany. It is only 45 minutes from Arezzo, 40 minutes from the centre of Florence and 1 hour from Sienna. Some of Tuscany\'s most beautiful cities are within easy reach. Chianti, famous for its delicious wines, is less than 1 hour from the house. A trip to one of the many vineyards for a wine tasting makes a wonderful day out.

Closer to home is the town of Loro Ciuffenna (5km), which is known as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and well worth a visit.

There are some excellent restaurants in the area, but for those who want to cook for themselves, the local markets are not to be missed. In Loro Ciuffenna (5 minutes) there is a weekly market on Tuesday mornings, where you can find the very best local produce to cook back at the villa.

Florence airport is only 40 minutes away.
