Everything was provided that one would want in a place near the beach. The views were spectacular. We would stay at Casa Paraiso again.

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in Jan/26. We liked the location close to the beach, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, the cleanliness and the prompt host response to a few small issues. But It became clear quickly how worn out the casa was (ie saggy couch, tattered soiled outside furniture/cushions). We stayed in another casa in the same area where it became obvious how much better a little TLC makes to our enjoyment .While I can't blame the host, the construction on a nearby unit was an irritation and was likely to continue for some time as it was a complete gut job.

Eddy is the best host I have ever had on VRBO. He communicates quickly, clearly, and is very accommodating. You can tell he genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay at his beautiful home. The stylish home was updated in 2022 and has all the creature comforts you need to enjoy your stay in Nopolo. Beds are VERY firm and have comfortable bedding. Ample seating exists for a family of 6 even though I think the home is just meant for four people. The sunrise from the tower was part of our daily ritual while sipping coffee. Kitchen is well-appointed and we were very happy to cook meals here. The location on the lap pool is choice and very central to the Nopolo shops and restaurants. Thank you Eddy for having such a beautiful home on the lap pool and being an INCREDIBLE host!

Lovely Home in Loreto Bay

Two master suites, well stocked kitchen, two large bathrooms and two sunlit atriums make this home a delightful stay. The view of Loreto Bay from the third floor tower is so nice. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk. The property owners and management company are very helpful. Their communications with us was prompt, detailed and friendly. This house has everything you would need for a great vacation !

Good stay

Casa was as advertised. Being 55 would’ve liked a ground level patio. Lots of steps to 2nd floor. Couple things could use a refresh or update but nothing critical. Great location to beach. As others have said, not much privacy, can easily hear neighbors, workers or those walking by. Pools are very nice and clean. Complex is very well maintained.

We stayed here for a short but much needed trip for some sunshine. Our host was incredibly accommodating. We’ve been to Loreto Bay only once before and we arrived at night, after dark. Despite our late arrival the instructions made it easy to find and quick to get in. So close to the beach, restaurants, and the pools. We will definitely come back again! Did I mention how great the host was?

LAZY IN LORETO

We really enjoyed our stay overall.The property and grounds are very nice however there are some deffered maintenace issues and clear directions as to the exact location of property/house were not easy. We had to hunt for the property. After finding it we had a wonderful time. If the property management company Baja Boss had not been open we would not have been able to locate it or get into it since the door code was not given to us. Thank you Baja Boss

Great Spot in a Nice Community

We enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at Casa Paraiso. The house is clean and spacious for two people. Ornella was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The Loreto Bay community is a really well done walkable development with restaurants nearby. The house is close to 3 pools and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The location of the property is perfect. Really close to the beach with a nice sea and Mountain View from top floor tower. Ornella was very responsive to any questions we had. The breaker for the water heater tripped one day but it was easy to switch it back on. My husband and I both really enjoyed our stay.

Another stay in Paradise

Casa Paraiso was like a second home to us for a lengthy stay. Its location, condition, and amenities were excellent for our wishes. Everything worked as intended, including wifi, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Ornella and her management team were easy to communicate and work with. If you're looking for a place in Loreto Bay, we recommend this one. FYI, Loreto Bay Villages does not afford much privacy when out on the patios.

Great Getaway

This place was wonderful. The views from the upper deck are stunning, and the master suite was spacious and comfortable. The pools were beautiful, and the restaurants + general store were both great. Highly recommend this as a getaway.

Our semi annual stay at Loreto Bay

We enjoyed Casa FN266. It is well situated close to the beach. The art work in the casa was nice. The kitchen was well appointed as well. Ornella was very responsive when we had a problem and her property manager was very prompt in fixing any issues. I would have no problem renting this casa again.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay and felt like it was worth the price. It was clean and comfortable and located well...if you have streaming services you can watch TV and the internet is sufficient for it. Coffee maker is drip...no pods so you might need to bring some but it qas still a good coffee maker...just don't make assumptions you will find pods easily.

Very responsive and nice location

We had a great stay. Very relaxing and quiet location. I loved the patio and tower. We got great service from the owner from booking to arrival to questions to checkout. Her place was nicely stocked and we loved the filtered water tap. That made everything easier.
