All was good, any issue we had was dealt with right away. Location is great, Casa is set up perfect for 2 couples allowing privacy for each and full kitchen was awesome. Look forward to returning.

Our home was exactly that! We throughly enjoyed our accommodations and the property amenities. Also, the owner and property manager went above and beyond ensuring we were comfortable and informed.

The area is quite nice but you can definitely select a better place to stay. This place must have the original beds, pillows and linens. I have never had such a terrible sleep. The beds were very worn with two dips where bodies have laid. The sheets were stained with blood. They felt dirty! The bathrooms linens were well past their prime and should all be replaced. The living furniture was so uncomfortable that I can’t even describe how awful they were to try and use. Again, Loreto Bay is a lovely, quiet area. But this house was dirty and uncomfortable.

Great location right on main paseo with short walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. Comfortable, clean, and spacious. Umbrellas for shade and beach chairs would have been a nice addition. Other than that no complaints.

Very close to all the local restaurants and pools. Air conditioners worked great when we needed them. Nice outdoor patio for early morning coffee. We needed a few things and Debbie and Marco responded quickly. Beach was close, everything was perfect. Would stay again. Had a great time

When we arrived the door code we were given didn’t work. As we were from another country we didn’t have free cell service and incurred 35 worth of charges calling the owner to obtain the correct door code.Was told we would be reimbursed but still have not been. The unit itself was missing light shade in kitchen; glass needed replacing, and dining table is unsightly with stains..unit needs updating badly. We would not recommend this unit for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. not stay here

Beautiful home in lovely Loreto Bay

Great home in a beautiful neighborhood. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Nearby is a wonderful beach to walk to with gorgeous mountains surrounding. Water is calm and inviting. Host is very responsive and we had a great location from which to explore the water and the town of Loreto

We were thrilled by the convenient location of beautiful Casa Chica! We were within a short walk of everything. Restaurants, pools, the beach and the little store which had a variety of items to choose from. The Casa was so beautiful and the interior with its authentic Mexican flare was more than we could have imagined. Debra, our host, was so easy to deal with I absolutely loved her! I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Great location in a quint neighborhood full of gringos. Easy access and great communication prior to arrival. This place has great bones and is furnished with everything you would need to enjoy some time away.This property could use some TLC though. Smells of mold, couches have seen way better days, dining chair had a hole in it, not enough light at night as most bulbs were low wattage. We booked with this listing thinking that the beds were going to be something special. They maybe were 10 years ago. It’s always a challenge when traveling to find a bed that’s right for you. Either too hard or too soft. These were the soft kind with ruts in them. We did not mention any of this during our stay as this is not a manager can fix issue. We spent the majority of our visit on the lovely patio and used the upstairs bedroom as it did not have the musky scent.

Lovely place to catch the sun!

The owner and manager were amazing and extremely helpful, full marks!!! Marco (property manager) came within 24 hours for any problems/questions we had. The home is really nice, and it is in the middle of the of the community. Pools, 'mini market' and restaurants are all easy walking distance. Beds are very comfortable, and the upstairs deck is bright and sunny, as is the upstairs bedroom. Walking distance to the golf course, which is great especially the back 9, but beware, a lot of walking between holes, My pacer showed 16,000 steps per round. Didn't gain any weight on the trip, so the walking is a good thing. I recommend renting a car if you are staying for a couple of weeks as town of Loreto is about 15mins drive but there are taxis.

Really nice place in a very nice development; beds great, views great. Would do again for sure.

The property had bathtubs, which was a huge plus for me. Two complete master suites with very comfortable king beds, fans, and A/C. The kitchen had a dishwasher, and there was a washer/dryer, both of which were nice for our 10 day stay. Outside BBQ was also great for cooking our fresh-caught Dorado. The development is beautifully landscaped with lots of blooming plants (most with long thorns, so stay on the walks!) and fountains. Had some great restaurants, and live music several nights all within walking distance, and Loreto proper was only about 10 minutes away. I would definitely recommend the house, and will go back there if we can get it booked when we can use it. If you get waylaid at the airport by the offer of discounts for a sales pitch at the Danzanite (sp?) development, DON'T do it - not worth the hassle and they do NOT take no for an answer gracefully. All in all a great vacation house and location!
