Excellent first time in Loreto

We loved Damian's place. It is in an ideal location, close to beach, pool and coffee shop, with easy walks to everything else in the neighbourhood. I loved the beds, towels and linens. The outdoor space is the best - with comfy couches on the tower level, to enjoy comfort and views. I really appreciated the bath tub and showers which are spacious and an abundance of hot water.We didn't spend much time in the kitchen but it had the basics covered. Overall the area is lovely and we want to go back.

First visit to Loreto Bay

Highly recommend!! Great location! Absolutely the most beautiful rooftop! Couches and chair so comfy! Spent a lot of time up there! Everything was great. We had a few questions and response was incredibly quick. We were only two so lots of room. My only two recommendations would be to get the dishwasher working better (we hand washed almost everything but would have done a lot of that anyway with only 2 of us) and provide drinking water. We went to another friends, and they had a big jug provided. Neither of these things deterred us in the least and we hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you!

Great experience

Just finished a lovely 4 day stay. House was fantastic - clean, perfectly located, comfortable, and quiet. The neighborhood is great and centrally located to everything you want. Walked every morning and never needed a car. Owner was very responsive and provided great information and recommendations. Needed the local property manager for 1 small maintenance issue and she was on top of it within the hour. Definitely recommend this property and will stay there again!

Wonderful Loreto Bay

My family and I had an amazing time in Loreto Bay! We rented a golf cart from Baja Carts to get around the neighborhood and it was a blast! The grounds are beautiful and very safe! It is very quiet and relaxing!

Lovely home in Loreto Bay

Beautiful, clean comfortable home in Loreto Bay. Beds were comfortable, lots of extra towels and everything you need in the kitchen if you like to cook. We enjoyed the location, close to beach, lap pool and coffee shop. Damian was responsive and easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

The house is great and well supplied. A few steps from the beach. Having heat and air conditioning in all the rooms was very nice. (We were there during a cold snap and used the heat on two short occasions.) Several good restaurants are within easy walking distance. If you want typical local food you wil have to go to Loreto, which is a short 15 minute drive to the North. We had rented a car on advise of the owner and were very glad we did. Taxis are plentiful in Loreto, but not so much in Nopolo. If we are ever back in the area, we would stay here again. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. We had one very minor issue and let him know. By the time we were back from a short trip into Loreto he had it taken care of, as if by magic!

Very peaceful place

We enjoyed the laid back vibe of Nopolo. Close to town and the airport (7 miles). The condo had everything we needed and the nearby restaurants, bars , pools and Loreto Bay resort were a short walk away. We will return.

Perfectly Relaxing

We had a great time in Loreto Bay Villages. We visited for 4 days with our teens and definitely will be back. We visited San Javier and did some Kayaking in front of the complex. We loved the local coffee shop and restaurants - it was so easy to relax here. Communication with the property owner was great. I mistakenly book the wrong days and they quickly added a day for us. The Wifi is fiber optic which is also a plus.

GREAT LOCATION AND HOUSE

We stayed for a week immediately after Thanksgiving. Resort was only about 20% full, which was great for us. House was perfect, and as advertised. Nopolo is great as well--safe and quiet with a few great restaurants. We had a car to get out and see some of the country and Loreto and do a bit more adventuring, but you don't really need one if you just want to hunker down. Would highly recommend, and we plan on coming back next year.

GREAT RNETAL IN NOPOLO

This is my 2nd rental in Nopolo-Founders neighborhood. It is very convenient to the beach, pool, store, restaurants, spa and golf course all within walking distance. Great place I would rent again.

Perfect location

An entire house for less than a lot of nice hotel rooms. We both felt we could not have landed in a better location; 1 minute walk from the neighborhood coffee shop, 2 minutes to lap pool, no more than an easy, 10 minute walk from everything else. Comfy beds with nice linens, beach towels and a very responsive owner (i have so many silly questions) made this an even better experience. My favorite part was the 3rd story tower, you're in the tree tops with the birds and views of the Sierra Gigante and the sea. Perfect spot for AM coffee and a good evening tequila. Although all the properties have shared walls, we rarely heard or saw any neighbors other than when we were out walking around. We will definitely be back.

This unit worked very well for 2 couples... loved to area, and the fact that we were able to have a pedestrian life style! Beds were comfortable, and the unit was very well equipped. The Perfect Mexican Getaway

Our family spent Christmas in Loreto and absolutely loved it. The Villa was perfect and as described in the description. The views of the water and mountains were simply amazing, and the stargazing from the top deck was out of this world. If you are looking for a party place I would not recommend Loreto Bay. We were not so it was perfect. The area is very quite and extremely relaxing. The pools were nice and the property was incredibly clean. I would recommend doing your grocery shopping in town as the 2 stores in Loreto Bay are a bit pricey. This trip was exactly what the Doctor ordered. We will be back!

Great opportunities

The house was as described. The houses in Nopolo are very open and airy inside. The house is within easy walking to the beach and very close to the coffee shop where we often had breakfast. There are several pools to use in addition to the beach. If you want to golf, the course looks great.
