Family celebration holiday

We stayed here as a family to celebrate our Dads 80th birthday. We cannot fault the villa - beautiful views, lovely villa, lots of space and plenty of things to do. Remote location - get a good car as the track is a bit bumpy! Host was fantastic and great communication. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely people. :-) thank you Juan and Sabine. We would definitely stay here again.

Una semana maravillosa

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine de vacance dans la villa de Juan. Juan est un hôte très à l'écoute et disponible pour tout. La villa est à une heure de Seville, il n'y a aucun vis a vis, d'un calme pour du repos au top et une super vue de la piscine. La villa est très bien équipée que ce soit l’intérieur comme l’extérieur. Je recommande vivement cette villa et qui sait peut-être que nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Sehr erholsam und gute Lage

Sabine und Juan haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sind stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Die Fotos geben die Realität sehr gut wieder. Die Großzügigkeit der Raumaufteilung und die Wohnungsausstattung sind äußerst komfortabel. Das Haus liegt in Hanglage und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf Lora del Rio. Sevilla und Cordoba sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wichtig ist hervorzuheben, dass alle Fenster über Insektenschutzgitter verfügen und das Haus natürlich auch über entsprechende Klimaanlagen verfügt.

Super Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne ruhige Zeit. Der neue Pool ist mega schön, grosszügig und immer sauber gewesen (regelmässige Reinigung). Die Tischtennisplatte nutzten wir jeden Tag. Das Haus ist sehr gross und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und mega lieb. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Glorious view!!

It is possible to sit on the south facing patio all day and just admire the view, which we did often , lighting the log burning fire in the evening. The other great thing is the space. We rented as two couples for 4 weeks but had family visit us at weekends and it never felt crowded. Juan and his neighbour were always on hand to help with any issues and if you like animals, the surrounding olive groves are teeming with dogs, horses and wildfowl. All super tame and friendly . We had a great time .

Grandiose !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La propriété est vraiment spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Entre la piscine, la table de ping-pong et le terrain de sport, adultes et enfants ont passé de très bons moments après des journées bien occupées. La propriété est proche de Carmona, très jolie petite ville. Nous avons profité de la gare de Lora del Río qui est très bien desservie. Il y a tellement de sites à découvrir ! Nous avons adoré Séville qui est à moins d’une heure. Merci à Sabine et Juan qui ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avions besoin de leur aide. Ce sont des personnes charmantes et très discrètes. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour en Andalousie.

Stunning views, spacious accommodation, secluded but close to local towns.

We stayed in Chalet Bellavista over Easter and we had the best holiday. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool area and terrace have breathtaking views with plenty of space for socialising. It is very secluded but near to Lora Del Rio which has shops and some great restaurants. It is so easy to drive to some bigger cities such as Seville and Cordoba. Juan and Sabine were great hosts and very kind and responsive to all of my questions/messages. We highly recommend staying here and we are already planning our next trip!

A taste of luxury!

Stunning imposing Villa located 40 minutes away from Seville Airport visible for miles around! The Villa is beautiful inside and out. We felt like VIPs! Everything was modern and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are huge and there was plenty of room for our large party of 14. You will need a car to get to the property as its accessed via a long dirt track and there is nothing in walking distance but this wasn't a problem for us. Seville was only a short train journey or car journey away, and we found Lora Del Rio had everything that we needed. Our children loved playing around the pool, and had hours of fun, The air conditioning was a godsend and we loved the gas BBQ! There was even some gym equipment and table tennis. All facilities were of an excellent standard and the hosts were very accommodating to all our needs. Overall a fantastic week in a fantastic villa.

Wonderful, private villa with spectacular views

Spent a fabulous 8 days in April at the Villa Bellavista. The name sums it up - the views are stunning, sitting atop a small hill and the villa is ideal for enjoying the sunshine and privacy. Sabine and Juan made us truly welcome and we loved everything the villa had to offer - the orchard (oranges and grapefruit on demand), the table tennis and darts - for when we struggled to our feet from the sun loungers and the total privacy. The nearby cities of Sevilla and Cordoba have some incredible sights and architecture, as well as beautiful old towns full of tapas bars and restaurants. Lora del Rio was perfect for food shopping and local restaurants - and everyone we met in the region was super friendly. Thanks for a fantastic holiday br Steve & Kathy
