"Beautiful view, clean and organized. Easy drive to Chattanooga and surrounding attractions. Couple of suggestions: 1) Need to replace the only pan; it was worn and rusted 2) The inside couch is getting worn down; it creaks and the support bars can be felt thru the cushion 3) outdoor fan for the deck to just help circulate the air when there is no breeze"
