"We had a wonderful stay at the Barn. We even extended it a day. The property is lovely. Clean and comfortable. Very well equipped. It has a great backyard space if you are travelling with your pup. So close to Longwood Gardens & the town of Kennett Square which is why we were there. Kristin is a very responsive owner. On our last morning our dog Sasha got away and Kristin was kind enough to come over and help us look for her She was the one who found her in a neighbors yard. We hope to stay...

"A quaint get-away in the heart of horse country.Our host , Chris, had everything we could need and was flexible with our schedule and communicative. He provided great books explaining the history of the estate, and a very helpful list of nearby attractions. We were too busy with our itinerary to explore the grounds, so there will have to be a next time."

"We enjoyed our stay and loved strolling down the lane and seeing the horse and goats! We sat out back on the porch and enjoyed that space as well! Super cute decor and clean. We were in town visiting friends so this place worked out excellent as there were 3 of us so was a great cost effective, comfortable stay. This is on a shared property but was private space to relax and inviting! We would definitely stay again if ever in the area!!!"

"My friends and I were very happy with our stay at this quaint country getaway, along with it’s authentic 1800s atmosphere. The owner was very quick to get back to me with all of my concerns, which was very much appreciated . With All of that being said, I just want to prepare anyone that may be staying there, If you are a light sleeper or need privacy, do not take the room at the top of the stairs. "The dome and surrounding areas looks like it does in the photos, and using the compost toilet, shower, etc were pretty easy even for a camping novice like myself. The farm is beautiful and quiet. Good opportunities for birding too. I never saw or heard the gentlemen who live in the farmhouse, I only saw their cars come and go. I came here for rest and a connection to nature, and that’s what I got. I’d love to come back in the future! I think it would be even nicer later in the spring."
