  • Very comfortable villa with covered and heated pool for 14 people in a haven of peace nestled in the pines! On a plot of 1000 m2 with 2 terraces and several spaces that will suit everyone, young and old!

    The house is composed of:
    - a living / dining room
    - a separate kitchen
    - 4 bedrooms, including a master suite and a dormitory with 6 beds
    -2 bathrooms

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison bien équipée pour un groupe d'amis. Propriétaire adorable avec qui il est facile de communiquer, et très arrangeant. Je recommande.

Vacances en famille pour découvrir la Vendée

On a passé deux supers semaines de vacances en famille dans cette superbes maison. On était 12 personnes et chacun y a trouvé ses marques, que ce soit les ados, les adultes et surtout notre Gigi de 4 ans sans compter le chien Oscar

Maison très bien équipée avec une piscine chauffée

Nous avons passé un très bon WE dans cette grande maison et très bien équipée Plein de jeux pour les enfants …et les adultes( de société , fléchettes, table de ping-pong,…) et la piscine chauffée qui a été très appréciée. En plus, pour l’arrivée et le départ, nous avons été bien bien accueillis et le propriétaire prend des nouvelles.

Our stay at Les Conches

The property, swimming pool and terrace in front of house are excellent. The location perfect. However, the garden at rear is very tired and dirty. We would love to return but only if there are improvements to the rear of the house.

A stay at les Conches

The hosts were excellent and easy to contact. As the weather was not brilliant we really enjoyed the facilities at the house with darts and table football inside and table tennis outside. The pool was larger than I imagined and we did use the shelter on the pool on a wet day. Fantastic pizza's at the restaurant almost opposite the house. An excellent, sandy beach was just 800m walk down a quiet road ,but there was great range of bikes also available at the house and facility to lock up the bikes at the beach. I found the sea great for body boarding. The whole area is in a pine forest and really attractive. There was a campsite just down the road and on one night there was loud music till 1pm, but that was the only occasion that we were disturbed, and not disturbed enough to complain. The house was a bit dated but with 4 young children tearing around this was fine by us . All in all a great holiday. Thank you.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, Alexandre nous a très bien accueilli dans cette belle maison. A revivre l'été pour profiter du superbe jardin :-)
