Imagine spending your days lounging by the community pool, enjoying a game of tennis, or sipping margaritas under one of the property palm huts scattered throughout the private beach. Unit #316 offers comfortable furnishings in an updated, beach flair. Your private, expansive enclosed patio opens up to the Gulf of Mexico waters and breezes as you relax and let the Florida waves overtake your senses. Amenities include full-size kitchen, wireless Internet access, 55 inch Roku TV, updated kitchen and furnishings and deeded beach access. Unit also includes an office/laundry area off the guest bedroom to meet the needs of today's traveler.

RVA would not honor our booking and placed us in a less desirable location.

I would never stay with the RVA resorts. We had a reservation at Whitney Beach of which they did not honor. VRBO would not even reimburse me for the $50 booking fee. I would never use VRBO again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place with a beautiful view. The place had everything we needed to have a beautiful vacation. The only small problem was finding space to put our food, games, computers , etc without moving lots of things and putting them back when we left.

Beautiful Beachfront Location and Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beachfront location. It has all the necessities for the kitchen, bathrooms, and beach. The condo overall was nicely decorated and appointed, and you could hear the sounds of the waves from your open windows. The twin beds in the second bedroom were very comfortable however we were disappointed by the soft king bed in the master bedroom. We had read in an earlier review about the softness of the king bed but thought it might have been replaced or just a particular person's problem Unfortunately, after a few days my wife who only weighs 102lbs had to sleep either on the floor or on one of the twin beds. Overall, we would give this location and property 5 stars if we only had a firmer mattress and box spring. (By the way, there was no box spring) I do recommend it if you don't mind a soft bed or if they end up replacing the mattress.
