Enjoying the precious time together with the whole family

The property was just perfect for four adults, and two small children. It was well equipped and we loved the the beach and the children enjoyed the pool. Everything went very smoothly and the host Carol was very helpful and friendly. We have visited Longboat Key also earlier more than once. However, this was the best stay and we love to come back!

Great condo that feels like home

Carol's condo was beautiful with a view of the ocean, and fully stocked for everything a family would need for two weeks on Longboat! We have never stayed in a unit where every appliance and every utensil you could ever imagine was there and in perfect condition. Thanks for everything Carol.

Wonderful condo and great location

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this condo. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and the host has provided everything that you can image needing during your stay. This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed here and we’ll definitely be going back. It’s just steps to the beach and pool. We enjoyed many wonderful sunsets on the beach and watching fireworks from the beach on July 4.

The location was excellent in that it was quiet and less congested on the beach. The lanai had a wonderful sea breeze that msde it such a pleasure to sit out there and enjoy the gulf view.

Beachfront Condo with Beautiful Sunsets

My wife and I had a fun 2 weeks at this Longboat Key condo. First, our hostess Carol was wonderful. She was very responsive and friendly. It was our first time on Longboat Key, and the info she provided about restaurants and activities was very helpful. It was clear why she is a Premier Hostess! The condo itself is in a great location at roughly mid-Island (or mid-Key!). We had beautiful sunsets and the condo is right on the beach, so we enjoyed many long walks on the shore. We also spent some time at the heated pool, even enjoying a dip in the water on a couple of the warmer days. The condo is in walking distance to Harry's, which we really enjoyed and found very convenient. Harry has a small grocery store, a fabulous restaurant and a gourmet shop - - we made use of all 3. Harry's is one of the top restaurants on the Longboat Key. If you want to eat back at the condo but not cook from scratch, they have wonderful gourmet take out (as well as deli items) at the Gourmet shop. The condo itself has plenty of room and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch, and a couple of dinners on the few nights we didn't go out. The Lanai is spacious number of cushioned chairs. The internet connection worked great for some business meetings and it was easy to use the TV to access Netflix etc. It was a fun 2 weeks and we would stay there again the next time we're in Longboat Key.

We stayed at Carols condo in December 2021 had such a great experience we booked again 2022 and increased a week.. This condo is a great location in walking distance to several delicious restaurants, bike rental store, etc… would book again in the future.

Beautiful condo on the beach

Had a wonderful time vacationing on Longboat Key. The condo was spacious, comfortable, very well furnished and had everything one could possibly need on vacation. Carol is a wonderful host and has thought of everything that you might need or want while staying in her condo. She’s also thought about everything that you may need to know about while staying in her lovely condo and has put it all together in an organized book. She provides so much information about the area and it’s very helpful. We kept referring back multiple times to her guest info book during our stay. Longboat Key has some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen and the condo is just steps away from viewing them on the beach. I highly recommend this condo and host.

First time in longboat key for Xmas and new yrs, I was looking for nice location , small complex. Weather was great , location was walking distance to several restaurants. Carol , the owner answered any questions and had a beautiful condo.

The condo was spacious, light and colorful. The kitchen was fully supplied. The view is spectacular! There are a few restaurants that are close by which are fantastic. The beach was beautiful and so was the pool. I would recommend this property. Enjoy!

Spacious condo with a great view and access to a secluded beach

The condo is great and well-maintained. It’s more spacious than it appears on the pictures. We liked the kitchen, dining room, and a screened porch. The location is perfect for those who like to avoid crowds, especially in this situation. Access to the beach is private and there are only a few people (residents) on the beach. We like home meals so we cooked all the time, and the kitchen is well-equipped for that. Communication with Carol was very efficient and she kindly provided valuable advice about local attractions. We loved our stay and did not want to leave!

A very peaceful and pleasant place to stay.

This is a wonderful condo. We usually come to Longboat Key for 2 or 3 months. This year we stayed in March and April. This the best condo we ever stayed at on Longboat Key. It was very clean, spacious, well furnished and just a very bright and cheerful place with a great view of the Gulf from the well appointed lanai. We will definitely return.

Cheerful Condo on Uncrowded Beach

This is a bright condo overlooking the beautiful gulf waters. The screened porch is a great place to have lunch, or just sit and look at the view. The north end of Longboat Key is much less crowded than other parts of the island. The condo is well equipped, with everything you need for a week, or a month. Furniture inside is comfortable, and there are plenty of chairs and other equipment for the beach. Take a chair to the beach at sunset and enjoy the beautiful sight!
