Loved it!

Me and my wife had a great time it was a very clean and comfortable stay. We was right in the middle of everything food,ocean,shopping. We had a great time and will be back.

Great location and really enjoyed the direct access to the beach and pool adjacent to the beach. Lounge chairs were available at anytime was very nice.

Great trip

My wife and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the Condo. Very clean, nice kitchen, bath and bedroom in a great location. Phil the owner was excellent to deal with and would highly recommend his condo. Plan on returning again.

We have reserved a condo at this location for next year

We loved our place..The ocean and sunset views were beautiful. The building and grounds were well kept. Will return next year...If the traffic increases it will be a negative for the whole key

Wonderful condo!

Very clean. Full kitchen. Friendly management. Plenty of lounge chairs to take to the beach. Even though this unit doesn't have a washer, the laundry downstairs is very nice. Publix is right across the street. We had a great time staying there!

Great Vacation property!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the beachcomber condominium. The owner was extremely helpful to us and gave us all kinds of helpful hints before we came the unit had recently been redone and looked fabulous and was completely equipped with everything we needed and then some! The condominiumis right on the beach and also has a heated pool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great time and relaxing vacation!!

Stay at Longboat Key at the Beachcomber

Very nice condo apt, well appointed and clean and close to beautiful beach and grocery shopping. Unfortunately had to cut short stay from three weeks to one week because had to get back to Canada due to onset of coronavirus . Was really pleased that the Beachcomber remitted part of rental fee..

Fun vacation

The condo was well maintained just wish I would have known that the washer and dryer were not in the unit but, on the first floor. Also, the condo does not offer a beach front balcony.

Beautiful location right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was fully equipped with everything you would need. Very clean and comfortable bed. The view from the patio is not the beach but toward the bay side which u can see a little of, so somewhat disappointing. My only complaint is the cabinet drawer with plates had a very musty smell. It was convenient to the grocery store and a popular shopping area called St. Armand's circle. We loved the Columbia Restaurant. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Longboat Vacation Was Pure Relaxation!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The weather was great, nice and warm the way we like it as we lay by the pool. We made it just in time for stone crab season! Stayed in a few nights grilling on the Gulf of Mexico with the best sunsets we have seen for a quite a while. We visited the Columbia Restaurant one night and the Tiki Bar on another. The huge HDTV with On-Demand was a nice way to wind down an evening. St. Armand’s Circle had the Art Festival to see, which is always fun, on the weekend. This condo is a very nice unit with some recent updates. Very comfortable. We will be back to Longboat as soon as we can.

Excellent Vacation!

Just needed to get away for some sun, beach and pool fun. We were pleasantly surprised with the new kitchen and other updates to the condo, very nice and very clean. Dad liked the 50 HDTV. The on-site managers were helpful. As always, our kids couldn't wait to be at the pool and play football on the beach. We ate at a new French restaurant and hit our local favorites. Visited Mote Marine and St. Armand's Circle is always a must with a stop at Kilwin's for ice cream and fudge. Walked on the beach almost every day and added some shells to my collection. The only sad part was that we had to leave and return to the snow, but the memories will keep us through the winter. Yes, we had a great trip. Thank you!

Peace and Tranquility on Longboat Key!

We had a great vacation once again in Longboat Key. Everyone was so friendly during our visit. The free Internet was great as I needed to stay in touch with work. This unit is near a Wifi source so it was very fast. Has a large HDTV in the living room that you can see even from the dining room table and open kitchen area. Unit was super clean and comfortable which most important to me. Kitchen is new and had everything we needed to cook with. Loved the palm tree theme throughout. Bathroom had plenty of space to store our travel toiletries. The building location was awesome being right on the beach and so close to the Publix and CVS. Got my morning walk in on the beach and would stop over to pick up a few items for the day. Could not have been more convenient as we almost didn’t need our car. We did rent some bikes during our stay which was a nice way to explore the island. We also visited St. Armand’s Circle for dinner and shopping. Both the heated pool and white sand beach were great as we mixed it up and sometimes just relaxed in the shade near the palm trees. Lounging by the water’s edge listening to the waves splashing was my favorite as it was so peaceful especially during sunset. Something about the salt air that is so invigorating. Let’s just say we had a great trip. Didn’t want to leave, but we will be back again.
