Welcome to Pocono Oasis, a thoughtfully appointed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Pocono retreat for up to 10 guests. Designed for families and small extended-family groups, it's a place where you can spend the day exploring the Poconos—or decide the house is simply too much fun to leave.

Soak in the private hot tub while the kids take over the game room. Pour a glass of wine around the fire. Let the dog enjoy the fenced backyard. Challenge someone to pool or a few putts. When the sun goes down, bring movie night outside under the Pocono sky.

Here, there's always something to do—and nothing you have to do.

STEP INSIDE
Main Level

Enter through the foyer into comfortable gathering spaces designed for actually spending time together.

The living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen create the heart of the home, whether you're lingering over a family breakfast, putting together snacks before Kalahari, or opening a bottle of wine while dinner cooks.

A separate bonus room with a king-size futon and TV provides another flexible space to relax, watch a movie or spread out from the main group.

You'll also find a half bath and laundry area on this level—especially convenient for longer stays and families traveling with kids.

Upstairs

When it's time to recharge, head upstairs to four dedicated bedrooms.

The primary king bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub—a welcome retreat at the end of a full Pocono day.

Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, giving couples and adult family members comfortable spaces of their own.

The bunk room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, giving younger guests a fun space to claim as their own.

An additional full bathroom serves the remaining upstairs bedrooms.

Game On

The garage has been transformed into a dedicated game and entertainment room for kids, teens and adults alike.

Challenge the family to pool, arcade games, air hockey or foosball. There's also a projector for movie nights, plus games and activities for younger guests.

It's the kind of space that lets the kids happily disappear for a while—while the adults actually finish a conversation.

YOUR PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS

Step outside into a fully fenced backyard designed for long afternoons and relaxed evenings together.

Take a soak in the private hot tub, stretch out in the hammock or choose between two patio areas when you're ready to relax.

When everyone wants to play, there's a putting green, cornhole and oversized outdoor games.

As evening settles in, gather around the lighted firepit or bring out the outdoor projector and turn the backyard into your own movie night under the stars.

The fenced yard is also an especially convenient feature for guests bringing a dog.

PACK LESS—WE'VE GOT THE BASICS COVERED

Pocono Oasis was thoughtfully stocked so a family getaway doesn't require packing half your house.

You'll arrive to fresh bed linens and bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, basic toiletries, starter kitchen and bathroom paper products and starter household supplies.

The fully stocked kitchen includes the essentials for preparing and serving meals, whether you're making pancakes for the kids or dinner for the whole family.

You'll also notice thoughtful extras throughout the home, including a curated welcome basket, slippers, room scents and welcoming bedroom touches.

It's all designed to make arrival feel a little more like checking into a retreat and a little less like moving into a rental for the weekend.

One of the little luxuries of Pocono Oasis is how easy it is to get here.

The home is conveniently located just off the main road into Emerald Lakes, so you won't spend the last part of your drive winding deep through the community to reach your getaway.

It's an especially welcome perk after a drive from New York or North Jersey—and makes heading out for dinner, attractions or a quick coffee run just as easy.

EMERALD LAKES COMMUNITY

Guests have the option to enjoy amenities offered within the private Emerald Lakes community, which may include indoor and outdoor swimming, beaches, fishing areas, courts, clubhouse recreation and other seasonal amenities.

Community amenity passes are optional, are not included with your reservation and must be purchased separately if you wish to access pass-required amenities.

Community amenities, operating hours, pass pricing and availability are controlled by Emerald Lakes and may change seasonally.

Pet-friendly; applicable pet rules and fees apply
Maximum parking: 4 vehicles
4WD/AWD is strongly recommended during winter weather
Advance Emerald Lakes guest registration is required

Emerald Lakes requires guest registration to be completed by 4:00 PM the day before arrival. Guests are responsible for providing all requested guest and vehicle information to us early enough to meet the community deadline.

Registrations received after the required deadline are subject to a $100 HOA late-registration fine. Guests who are not properly registered by the community's deadline may be denied entry.
