"We had a great time with another couple at this house! Great hiking and ponds and lakes are very close by. The house itself is cozy and with lots of natural light. It had what we needed and two huge perks were the hot tub and also having our dogs with us. Also the queen beds were very comfortable. Theodore was very responsive, warm and friendly! "

"We had a wonderful, relaxing and fun filled weekend. This beautiful home comfortably accommodated our group of 7 adults. It had Everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, tons of seating, amazing theater room and lots of space throughout the home. I loved having trash receptacles on site, rather than having to drive the trash to a facility or home with me lol. We had a great time and look forward to booking again. "Everything about this place is nothing more than 1 star. House is so dirty and filthy. We were shocked to find dishes with moldy food inside of it inside of the kitchen cabinets. The bedsheets had stains on it not only on 1 bedroom but most of the bedrooms. For the price we paid, we were very upset, dissatisfied, and disappointed. Me and my family haven't all gathered together in the past 2 years and we were unhappy with our reunion at this place. 1 star. "
