Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. There was a 4ft high, 10ft wide heap of garbage in the front yard and looking in through the windows it was apparent the house was under...

I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

"Place was clean and nice neighborhood. But blinds did not close - so had to use towels and blankets for privacy in bathroom. Apart from blinds not going up and down, we were content."

"This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood. Grocery store also about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is within a couple blocks of condo. Ying responded promptly to our questions and we had an excellent stay here. Highly...
