"Me hospedé 2 días en el Empire Hotel y la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. La ubicación es excelente y sinceramente es lo único positivo que puedo destacar. Pagué una habitación estándar a un precio que fácilmente corresponde a una habitación de lujo en otros hoteles de Nueva York, confiando en que, por la reputación y apariencia del hotel, valdría la pena. Sin embargo, desde la llegada todo fue una decepción. La habitación era extremadamente pequeña y no corresponde en absoluto a las fotos publicadas. El aire acondicionado estaba viejo, hacía mal funcionamiento y claramente necesitaba mantenimiento. Además, las puertas del baño estaban dañadas por la humedad, dando una sensación general de descuido. En cuanto a amenities, el hotel ofrece únicamente shampoo, acondicionador y gel de ducha. No hay ningún otro detalle o servicio adicional que uno esperaría por el precio que cobran. Pero lo peor de toda la estadía fue el problema constante con las llaves de la habitación. Todo el tiempo se desactivaban del sistema, por lo que varias veces tuve que bajar nuevamente a recepción, hacer fila y esperar a que las reactivaran. Me comentaron que tenían problemas con el sistema y que eso ocurría frecuentemente. En resumen, una experiencia muy mala y totalmente fuera de proporción con el precio. No lo recomiéndo!"
