We are giving a 2 star review and want to share a little about our experience. Upon arrival we noticed that the house was really lacking TLC and looked run down on the outside and was quite cold on the inside. The heat was set to 55 degrees and took quite a long time to warm up. It also seemed strange that there were no window coverings on the side windows and the front windows, so it felt like we were sitting in a fishbowl. The beds were quite uncomfortable for all of us, which made it hard to get a good night sleep. Very sad about that! We even tried to turn the bed 90.We were also disappointed that we had to conserve water because the septic alarm kept going off which made it awkward to tell one of the members they couldn't take a bath when they wanted to.Perhaps the worst experience of the week was when the lock to the front door broke and we were unable to get into the house. We did not have any of our stuff, we were still wet having just come from the local spa, we had wet hair and were looking forward to drying off and changing our clothes but It took over 2 and a half hours to resolve. While the house had some very nice features and we tried to make the best out of our vacation these things really put a damper on our stay.We were a party of 4 adults.
