Family stay at Long Beach

We love the area, so much to do, even in the winter! We also love this house!

Perfect for large groups

Our group of 8 adults had a wonderful time. The weather was typical for fall and we spent a lot of time inside. The house is spacious and very well stocked. The living room is large and comfortable. There was seating for all of us. The kitchen was also fantastic. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table together. There of lots of silverware and dishes and plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, etc. Check in was easy and communication was great. We would all definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a bit funky and the bedrooms are small, but overall it is very functional. Kitchen reasonably equipped. Beds were comfortable. The location is great and the 'complex' around the house was super. Plenty for the kids to do with the play structure, soccer court, tetherball and toys. Great place for a large group. We will likely return.

Great Location

Not as clean as one would expect, lint by bed side tables in back bedroom. Run out of garbage bags. Description didn't mention the different levels and the amount of steps. In one bathroom the water ran all the time because stopper wasn't working. The house served the purpose for the reunion so for that I'm happy. The fishing was great and everyone got their limit of salmon. We will come back to the area again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our three generation family has returned to Surf View 3 and Surf View 1 year after year. These next door properties can accommodate us well. We like the quiet location a few miles from town and a relatively short walk to the beautiful beach. The Bloomer Estates staff are always friendly, accessible and responsive to our needs, for example, our request for non-allergenic cleaning products prior to our stay. Every year we find new improvements and upgrades. We love the well stocked kitchen, a second refrigerator and having a hot tub available at Surf View 3. Our stay is always enjoyable.

Great Gathering Place for Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite beach house in WA when meeting up with family. We love all the bedrooms, game room, and all the places to gather in the house including the deck. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and there are two fridges, which just makes everything easier. The wifi is strong which makes it nice when you have a big group. We love to play sand volleyball, frisbee golf and make a fire for roasting marshmallows. We love that it is a quick walk to the beach and a short drive into town. It checks all the boxes and that's why we keep coming back. Also, the property managers are very responsive and easy to work with.

Both locations are very comfortable and have entertainment for young and "mature" I would recommend to others who are looking for a comfortable place to gather together. We had fun visiting the local distillery (Adrift) and enjoyed the Roo as well. It was rainy some of the days, but it was still an easy walk to the beach when ever the rain cleared

So much fun

We had a great experience here. The kitchen was absolutely the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. It’s a cooks kitchen and that was fabulous. A bit far from the beach for The elders. Also the place is all old and on many levels. This did make it difficult for some of us older people. There was a drop off between the living room and kitchen which several people miss judged. We ended up putting a chair in front of it so that there was a warning barrier. Very well appointed with varieties of games for all ages, Anything you need for the beach, and a great TV set up. Great hot tub. Great deck. Overall excellent experience. I gave it four stars because the trip hazards.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surfview 3 is good for groups. We had 8 people in our group and it was nice that everyone had their own space but the rooms were very small so we were having to step on/over our luggage. The playroom downstairs is nice but the area isn't big enough to play pool. The ping pong table is outside and not covered and it rained most of time so we didn't use it. The hot tub is nice. It's mostly blocked from the wind. It's a dog friendly house, which is great but it would be nice if there was a small fenced area. The furnishings and decor are not as pictured. It looks cozy in online but definitely isn't in person. Sone of the rooms are very drafty. We had a constant cold breeze in ours, even with the heater on. The floors inside are all different heights, not a big deal just irritating. Overall, it was fairly clean (bathrooms, floors) but the tables and random decorations were extremely dusty. We were there to celebrate a birthday and were going to put the cake on top of the fridge but it had a huge amount of filth on it. We chose this house because of the number of rooms and the hot tubs, so overall it was ok but I don't think we'd stay here again. Also, definitely keep your dogs leashed. There are bunnies everywhere and we had a bear in the backyard one night.

Reviewer Comments: This is a cool place for kids but the beds are not that great, there is a water pump that runs anytime some one runs any water and is extremely loud and will wake you up if you are staying in any of the rooms near the play area, Hot tub should be up to temp when you show up not at 80 degrees because it just got filled up. Bathroom door handles fall right off and trap you inside if you are not careful. The rec room and decks are nice and the bid dining room table was convenient.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house i stayed in was big like 7 bedrooms. But all of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The water pressure was ****. The one bathtub in the house when the water was on hot there wasn’t even enough pressure to turn on the shower. The other showers were just a light rain feel to them. I swept the floor and I know we did. It track in that much sand. One the surface it looks nice and clean. But it’s not really. The kitchen was nice and clean and had all of the cookware and utensils we needed. Loved the 2 refrigerators. Couch was pretty comfortable. And the game room was a nice hang out spot.

Fun activities with game room. Kitchen well stocked.

Fun bonding time with family with lots of choices for activities. Water pressure was very low for showers even if not running water anywhere else in the house. Great time though!
