Perfect for large groups

Our group of 8 adults had a wonderful time. The weather was typical for fall and we spent a lot of time inside. The house is spacious and very well stocked. The living room is large and comfortable. There was seating for all of us. The kitchen was also fantastic. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table together. There of lots of silverware and dishes and plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, etc. Check in was easy and communication was great. We would all definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great Location

Not as clean as one would expect, lint by bed side tables in back bedroom. Run out of garbage bags. Description didn't mention the different levels and the amount of steps. In one bathroom the water ran all the time because stopper wasn't working. The house served the purpose for the reunion so for that I'm happy. The fishing was great and everyone got their limit of salmon. We will come back to the area again.

So much fun

We had a great experience here. The kitchen was absolutely the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. It’s a cooks kitchen and that was fabulous. A bit far from the beach for The elders. Also the place is all old and on many levels. This did make it difficult for some of us older people. There was a drop off between the living room and kitchen which several people miss judged. We ended up putting a chair in front of it so that there was a warning barrier. Very well appointed with varieties of games for all ages, Anything you need for the beach, and a great TV set up. Great hot tub. Great deck. Overall excellent experience. I gave it four stars because the trip hazards.

Fun activities with game room. Kitchen well stocked.

Fun bonding time with family with lots of choices for activities. Water pressure was very low for showers even if not running water anywhere else in the house. Great time though!

The Spacious Oasis

As soon as we pull up the house is beautiful and all the outside activities looked like so much fun. I unfortunately did not have good enough reception to call the front office as soon as we got there but that was no problem bc the owner has it set up to send you everything you really need to via email. I ended up just texting the number thats available and everything was smooth sailing. All of the bedrooms were lovely but the rest of the house was really where all the fun was. The recreational room was awesome and we loved the pool table but it did need a little more space from the basket ball hoop thing but not really much of a negative. The hot tub held 7 of us stacked slightly but 6 of us comfy. The jets are so relaxing. The staff is also super awsome bc they made sure it was clean and filled with fresh water for our visit. The beach its a short walk and on the way back the bright yellow doors make the house a lot easier to spot. Above and beyond in our groups opinion we all had a blast and we hope to visit again sometime.

Great space for family reunions

Lots of rooms for a large group. Lots to do with the game room and hot tub and large decks. Bit of a hike to the ocean but doable. Large kitchen for big meals.

Great Group House

This house was great for a larger group of people. The layout of the house was spread out so you felt like you had plenty of room and the outside area was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and plenty of towels for everyone.

Great For Family Vacations

Overall - GREAT house for family gatherings which we rebooked for our next gathering. - Very comfortable and very well stocked - Inside & outside activities for all ages - Wall heating which is a plus so people could have their bedrooms at temperature you desire - Bloomers Estates was awesome to work with Pro - Large dining table for meals and family games - Two refrigerators - Awesome gas stove with 5 burners (only recommendation is a couple of extra large skillets) - 7 bedrooms with lots of bedding for extra warmth if needed - Three bathrooms with many towels - Game room with a hit (unfortunately we couldn’t get sound to work on tv) - Living room has a big comfort couch for gatherings - Lots of outside activities for all ages - Great decks Con - hot tub jets couldn’t work well - Many small step up/downs in main area which I recommend more safety tape warnings (otherwise can be a trip hazard)

We really enjoyed our stay. The price was right, location was good. House is big with plenty of room. We only ended up with 7 people in the house and we never felt cramped or put out. The large dining room table is awesome for big groups as we were all able to sit together for dinner. Kitchen has everything you will need and the live HULU tv is a big plus. I There are a few things that are getting along in years. The king bed in the lower part of house needs replacing as it is no longer comfortable but luckily there are many beds to choose from. I would do something about the game room too as the pool table is cool but unplayable in its current configuration. We would definitely rent from Bloomer Estates again. Management was super easy to work with and very communicative.

Perfect for Family’s !!!!

We had a Great Family Celebration, Surfview #3 was PERFECT! 9 Adults, a Teen, 5 Littles 14 months to 5 yrs. So many fun things in this home for kiddos... easy place to enjoy Family! Great place for a family vacation

Amazing place! From the hot tub to the game room, this place has it all covered. Great outdoor area for family fun with play set, volleyball court and area for soccer. Bbq out back and fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. I wanted to write a bad review just so I would be able to rent it whenever I wanted! This place will definitely be our family vacation rental anytime we go to the beach! We met the owner while we were there and he was extremely friendly and gave us some great tips on places to try in the area.

Very nice.5 minute walk to the beach.

The outside looks like 1940s building but inside is cozy and roomy. Beds are comfy, kitchen has everything but food. Teens loved pool table and hot tub and video games. Adults loved pool table, hot tub, closeness to beach, and each couple had their own bedroom; could mingle or retreat to room to read or nap. It was all our families were looking for
