What an incredible house and location! Set back from an easy path through the grasses to the beach, fantastic amenities, and the most fully stocked kitchen we have ever visited. The game room is remarkable, at one point all nine of us were in there playing pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, and MsPacman! The owner is incredibly responsive and thorough and every detail is thought of. We had a fantastic vacation and we will absolutely be back to enjoy this beautiful property!

Located a short walk from the beach, this house is super comfortable, well stocked with absolutely everything you might need (including a game room!), and large enough to accommodate a group! We really enjoyed our stay!

5 stars – The Perfect Family Getaway!

Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing, we truly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owner, Toby, goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they could possibly need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances to the incredibly comfortable bedrooms and spacious living areas.Even after spending a week here, it didn’t feel like enough time to enjoy all the amenities and fun games available. My 3-year-old was completely obsessed and even called it his favorite house, he cried when we had to leave! The views are breathtaking, the beach is just a short walk away, and the house itself is absolutely gorgeous.This was hands down one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had, and we can confidently say we’ll never stay at another owner’s home again, Toby is the best! Thank you for creating such a special place for families to make lasting memories.

Had great time. The house was perfect for 8 women on a girls trip. The house has everything needed. I would very surprised if you came up with something it doesn’t have. Easy drive to town. Easy walk to the beach.

Beautiful Stay!

My family of 10 (plus one doggo) had a wonderful stay at this home in Long Beach. The home was beautiful and so cozy immediately upon entering. Kitchen was stocked with every tool and appliance you could possibly need and all labeled and easy to find. The game room was super fun and a blast to play shuffleboard and ping pong. The fireplace was cozy for a chilly October stay. Checking in was a little tricky because it took us a moment to find the gate code for the entrance in the driveway, but once we knew to look under "driving directions" instead of "check in instructions" it resolved. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property

We had an amazing vacation as a family of four as well as my parents (kid’s grandparents). There were endless activities to do at the property, including the game room, board games, volleyball, and yard games. The place was set up so well and everything was thought of! Cozy, Comfortable, Classy

We had fun, family time over Christmas. A small lighted tree was provided and the gas fire set the tone. We took advantage of all the opportunities to be together walking to the beach, soaking in the hot tub, eating a lot, playing games, doing a jigsaw puzzle and eating some more. It was the perfect setting for laugher, storytelling and loving.

Beyond amazing!!

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend and that meant our great had to be prepared. The kitchen is a dream! Everything you could want and more! And then there is the rest of the house.. amazingly appointed! The walk to the beach is short and parking plentiful for four family groups! We'll be back!

3 generation 3 family getaway

Plenty to do for 4 little 5 and under sand urchins. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked and organized, easy for more than one cook to work at one time. The home gave a sense of calm, simply and tastefully decorated. I had to touch some of the plants to see if they were real. It was a sense of awe for me, walking the path to the beach and seeing the Pacific again after being away from the PNW for 55 years.

Best Long Beach stay!

My family and I loved our stay at Seagrass. We go to Long Beach every year and this is our favorite trip. It’s such a joy to stay in a home where the owner thinks about every single detail. There is so much to do in the home, we couldn’t get to everything during our stay. It was perfect for my family from my baby to the older adults and our dogs. It feels very private and so quiet. We’ll be back next year and extend our stay so we have time to enjoy everything!

The best stocked VRBO we have every stayed in. Loved all the extra special touches!

Great for a family get together. Loved the coziness and special though for all the extra touches. Comfortable beds, volleyball court, beach wagon, game room, blankets and fireplace. Kids loved the juicer, everything is very well organized, and really comfortable beds. So close to the beach and centrally located. We loved our stay and hope to be back! Kept 6 teenagers engaged and busy.
