This house was perfect for our annual family trip to Long Beach. What's better than a day exploring the beach and all that Long Beach has to offer. We had a great dinner at B & D Food Hut and topped it off with smores in the backyard. The house has everything you need for a day or a week and the hosts are wonderful in communications. Will definitely stay again!

Second time for us at this property. We will definitely be back!! Close to the beach with plenty of parking. House layout is perfect. Nice deck after a day at the beach, and nice yard with a campfire pit (bring wood). Beds are super comfy!!

A Nice Home

This is a great home for a family to stay in Long Beach. Location is excellent. It’s an old home, but comfortable and welcoming and clean. We stayed with our toddler and two other adults. Parking is spacious, and there are lots of cozy spaces to sit and relax. The hosts also provided a lot of information Through the welcome guide which was very helpful. We would happily stay again :)

Quiet Neighborhood, very roomy.

The house was excellent. Very roomy and in a quiet neighborhood. Very well stocked with everything we might possibly need. Great kitchen and living room to hang out. Lots of outdoor deck area for sitting and relaxing as well. Hosts we great to work with and checked on us to see if we needed anything.

The bikes were greatly appreciated and they were aired up and ready to ride, although the brakes on a couple were bad and chains needed oiling. We really missed having a laundry on site. A pasta fork in the kitchen tool drawer would have been helpful. Thanks

Great for small families!

We loved the layout of the house! My middle child (9 yo) who is autistic camped out at the corner table to do his drawings (he also loved the upper bunk bed). While my other two (4 and 11 yo) appreciated the couch/livingroom. Overall very nice.

Beautiful Home in a GREAT Location!!

We only had one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful home near everything! Wonderful assortment in the toy box." Our son and girlfriend were here from Washington DC, and took advantage of the bikes, and the close access to the path for a morning jog. The home has everything you need for a wonderful beach stay!! We will most definitely return!!!

Spring Break 2024

Communication, hospitality, check-in, etc. was great for this rental property. The house was clean, was loaded with everything we needed, even items for using at the beach which was amazing. Only things missing were a washer and dryer. Spacious rooms were nice. Master room and bathroom felt like home. Short walk to downtown and a short drive to middle of long beach. Beware, the neighborhood has some issues, the 1st night we had a bike stolen and brought back during our trip,(it randomly showed back up ined the morning). On our last night, our truck was broken into and about eight hundred dollars of items was taken from us. Some effort from host to help without any resolve. Zero effort VRBO to replace or refund for our stuff. While our trip wasn't ruined, it definitely sobered the mood having theft occur while on vacation. So would I recommend this place? Yes. Just be mindful of your belongings and it'll be fine. Room for improvement: Take down the rental property sign. It's an advertisement for theft. Ensure security cameras work. Notify your guests to bring belongings into the rental . There are two garage stalls attached to the rental that are unavailable to the renters that would have been very convenient to use to minimize the chance of a theft(s). Washer dryer would make this house the complete package.
