A very nice and well furnished home. Appreciated the game closet and games in the garage, the Keurig coffee and all the necessary utensils and supplies for a long weekend. Plenty of hot water and the beach was a 20 minute walk away through the dunes.

Nice little getaway; great hosts

Communication was great — the property manager conveyed check in/out instructions very clearly. We had no issues accessing the property upon arrival and check out was easy. Property is situated outside of town, so it was very quiet. We could hear the ocean from the back porch in the evening; and the walk to the beach was very short. Would have liked an exterior spigot or faucet to wash off sand, but otherwise, properly met our needs perfectly. Would stay at this property and/or use this property manager again.

Lovely and quiet home

This home was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and very quiet, so was a perfect place to rest and relax in between our exploring Long Beach all the way to Cannon Beach. Amber was wonderful about communicating by text and was ready to help with anything we needed.

Beautiful, comfy home with great amenities. It was a brief stay but was just what we needed.

The only drawback was that we were there for a family memorial service and wanted to check in a couple of hours early to change our clothes. The manager said the house was ready but there was an additional hourly rate of $35 for early check-in. That had never happened with other rentals and we really felt it was unnecessary and insensitive.

Great home

This property is great for family and friends. Comfortable and clean. Beds were great. Air hockey and ping pong in the garage got alot of use. Great location being right at the entrance to the discovery trail. We will book again.

Great time clamming!

We stayed a for the weekend and had so much fun razor clamming on the beach. Make sure to ask for the clam guns. The property itself is very clean, well stocked and has a high end kitchen and good size windows. Neighborhood is well kept with manicured gardens and less than 0.5 mile from the beach with paved path. Management is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Excellent quiet house very close to the beach.

Excellent location and new house on a very quiet street just a short walk to the beach. Dog friendly. Would rate a 5 other than some minor things (ie wimpy bed pillows, usable but could be better backyard and deck, small amenities).

Perfect!

This stay was for Rod Run and this house was in the perfect location. Quick to get into the main part of town and a less than five minute walk to the road to watch cars cruise by from the house as well. The house had beautiful finishes and was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet.

Great house near the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The layout of the house is nice, and it was super clean when we arrived. The bedrooms are all large with comfortable beds. The kitchen has the space and equipment to make just about any meal you can imagine. We found the neighborhood to be peaceful, and it was awesome to be so close to the ocean. The only complaints we had were some of the bath towels were a little dingy, and the ping pong balls were flat. It also would have been nice to have an instruction sheet for the A/C; we got it to work, but it took us several minutes. Other than those minor things our stay was a lot of fun, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Bloomer Estates again.

Mini family vacation

Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was great with a few minor ‘gee it would have been nice if…’ items kleenexes and shampoo would have been great and the deck furniture cleaned, hose operational and big weeds pulled from the yard. We will be back. The whole family loved it!

Give me a break

This was the perfect get away for me. Excellent view of the ocean but no beach access. Well cleaned. Except for a little dust on the shelves and the back door didn't latch properly. So it would slam open and closed in the wind. But, all in all it is a great place.
