Perfect location. Great view/walk to the ocean and easy walk to dowtown but away from the main street. Great sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets and deer walk by.

Came down so we could enjoy the rod run event, SO MANY people so it was a perfect location! Easy walk to the main drag, and the deck was a great place to watch all the people and cars also. We brought apples from one of our four trees to share with the resident deer that visit twice a day so that was fun.

Easily found and great location, it is an older building and it clean. The doors to the lobby and to enter the condo are difficult. You often have to try more then once to open the door to the condo

Very nice small studio apartment. The weather did not cooperate with us for our stay...what a shocker! :) Communication with the manager was excellent. Everything was clean. We booked an early check-in time due to the rainy weather. The neighbors were not noisy. The shower and toilet worked great. The fridge hummed a bit but did not disturb our slumber. The local food was good. Got recommendations from local shop owners on where to drink and dine. Would I rent this space again? Yes, in a heartbeat.

Comfy Condo

We had a great few days in Long Beach. The condo was just as described. It was clean and cozy. The kitchenette was well stocked and included a Keurig and coffee pods for morning coffee. The bed was comfortable and the condo was quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

Best location

Right in the middle of everything. Perfect for the kite festival. Highly recommend! Address that was sent to us on check in day did not navigate properly with Google maps(couple streets west of main instead of East), made a nighttime arrival a little stressful when we couldn't find the place.

Weekend Getaway

This condo was lovely, clean and smelled nice when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location was awesome. We had all the cooking and eating utensils one would need. However, online said this room had games as in plural and there was only one game. It also said it had a covered deck--which led me to believe that you could sit out their rain or shine. Unfortunately, this weekend it did both and the roof leaked like a sieve. All around though this was a great place to stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

We had previously stayed in the building and loved the place. My 5yr old son liked it so much that we booked another trip for his birthday and had a fantastic time! The space is larger than a hotel and has a cozy porch with a beautiful view. The location is also one of the many pros to staying here. You are right in the middle of town with the arcade and many restaurants being within close walking distance. We will definitely be planning to return. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Last-minute booking

I had another VRBO owner cancel my reservation at the last minute and was lucky to find this spot available. I was a little concerned about noise, since it it right next to the main beach approach. But everything was wonderful, there was no traffic at night, the management was very responsive, and the studio was clean and just right for a nice getaway. Very pleased.

Just wonderful!

The place was clean, well maintained, nicely decorated. The location couldn't be better. It is right by the official entrance of the beach, so it is walking distance from everything. The view from the porch is spectacular. You can watch the sunset while getting tanned and having a glass of wine. At night, you can see the stars and the American flag in the distance... you can eat out or fix something really quick using the stove or the microwave...i mean... this place was just wonderful! We celebrated our daughter's birthday with a blast.

Room With a View

The place was wonderful! Great location! Walking distance to most everything. There IS an elevator. Property manager is reachable! It is also one of the few places that is still affordable in a time where everything is so unreasonably priced.

Great location, perfect size for our small family.

We loved the property, but the comforter seemed like it had not been washed. There was dog hair and small piece of chocolate/candy in the sheets. Also the dust covered fan and vacuum left out in the open were kind of a turn off. It was nice that there was a coffee pot and filters and creamer/ sugar, but there wasn’t any coffee. Overall we had a great stay and it is a perfectly located place to stay.
