"The property was nice and true to the photos. Building is centrally located for the Long Beach area, plenty to walk too. The condo is a little worn and only having one parking space was a bit of a hassle. Street parking was tricky."

"When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier and taped down tubing in the master bedroom entryway. We also found mold behind the toilet, heading up the wall. Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. We were moved into a new unit where we found more dehumidifiers and plastic taped off heading up to the HVAC vents in one of the bedrooms but no visible mold. After sending the picture of this issue to the property...

"Our stay here started on a very stressful note with bad experience. The host was very rude and the property was not cleaned at all and we had to do multiple back and forth just to get the basic cleaning done. The house listed had no basic amenities for soap/hand wash. The kitchen utensils were sticky, smelling bad and had expired products. The property is not wheelchair and kids friendly so please be mindful of it and be ready to walk further atleast 200m and multiple stairs inside the property...

"Property was kept up and was the same in person as the photos. Had all the kitchen items to cook (few pots and some trays). Area was quiet and good place to come back to after long days out for rest."

"We very much enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The roof top was a definite bonus for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Communication was quick and check in was easy. Highly recommend this spot!!"

Several walls were damaged or stained, the fireplace was broken, and the refrigerator had only one shelf, making it impossible to store the groceries we brought for our trip. "The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place"
