"Absolutely horrible experience renting from this company. We booked what was advertised as a luxury penthouse in Long Beach and instead arrived to a unit in serious disrepair. One bedroom was rendered unusable due to a leaking roof that flooded the room, bathroom doors would not close (eliminating privacy), and there were visible holes in the walls.Maintenance was outsourced and issues were not resolved in a timely or effective manner. "We arrived late at night our first night and when I opened the second bedroom I was met with such a loud noise. They clearly had a leak and had an industrial dehumidifier and fan with the bed moved away from the wall and the humidifier extension taped to the floor and drainage into the bathroom sink which made half the bathroom unusable.
