"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Modern San Pedro home! The kitchen came well stocked with all the needed pots, pans, utensils, and quality large and small appliances. The adjoining living and dining areas were quite large with comfortable seating and furnishings for all. The master bedroom bath is “high end” with everything and more than expected and all bedrooms were well appointed. "Quaint stay. The neighborhood is relatively quiet if not traveling during holidays. The location is very central to get to LA or OC. House is just as pictured with great yard for small dogs. "

"There were a few minor hiccups in the beginning, but they were nothing that would prevent us from using this property again. Parking in Long Beach is not ideal, so I would not recommend driving a large SUV around. Fortunately, there was parking available on the property. The weather was great. The location was great. "
