All kitchen and bathroom items and consumables were where they are supposed to be and of high quality.Property manager was reasonable, helpful and easily reachable via the Vrbo app. Overall great experience, would definitely come back for another stay. If wanting to make contact with property manage get mobile number from stays, just text will contact eventually. Doesn’t answer phone or emails. "Beautiful granny flat with a beautiful host!! We literally parked the car and didn’t use it again until we left. The beach, hiking trails and cafe are all literally around the corner. Next time we will bring the fishing rods, paddle board and boogie boards as well as the bikes. Highly recommended!!"

"A lovely terrace with a comfortable homey feeling. All easy and everything functioned well. Julie was easy to deal with and was very understanding, helpful and flexible with our booking which had to be rescheduled due to health problems. The children (and adults) loved the pool table and games. The house is well positioned just up the headland and back from the beach - an easy stroll down to the beach. A lovely place to stay. Highly recommended. "
