"Grounds are nice. Room was not ready when we arrived (40 minutes late). Room is large with comfortable bedding. Plumbing issues with pipes squealing, when we are not using them but we need to turn on a tap to stop it. Staff are very friendly. Parking is close. Dinner was tasty with good size meals. "

"Grant Rooms is a hidden gem! VERY clean and efficient. The bedroom and private bathroom were great. The shared kitchen looked nice, but I did not use it. The rooms are extremely conveniently located to local places to eat, explore, and enjoy. The city walls are a few minutes walk away, as was the Peace Bridge. I felt very safe and would use them again. "

"Excellent guest house. Very clean through out. Relaxing atmosphere and Eamon and Martina are very welcoming. A wide range of choice for breakfast. Only 10 minutes walk to Magherafelt. Would highly recommend staying at the Brook Lodge Guesthouse. I will definitely stay again."

"Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. Margo could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible from the welcome drink with her and her husband to the amazing breakfasts, you are made to feel so welcome and part of the family. Margo makes it seem effortless but...

"Muy buena localización para visitar la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno fabuloso. Te lo preparan en el momento según lo que pidas (dentro de lo que es un desayuno irlandés y/o continental). Es como un hostal. Está bastante viejo (sobre todo el cuarto de baño, que necesita una reforma urgente). No nos gustó nada entrar y encontrarnos en los sofás de recepción con clientes descalzos. No tiene ascensor ni parking. Casi 100 euros por un hostal es una pasada. "

"The guy who owns the property is a character, and he clearly loves the history of the house. However, the rooms are in disrepair—open electrical sockets! Stuff is everywhere. The place still needs a lot of work. It smells throughout the house of cigar or pipe smoke. The B&B itself could be amazing but it needs professional management!"
