No vale el precio que se paga.
El Hotel no esta mal pero no se corresponde con elevado precio (250€/noche), en una de las dos habitaciones no funcionaba la WIFI, lo repararon en unas 18 horas, en la otra habitación, el baño no tenia enchufe, el lavabo tenia una encimera muy pequeña y la mampara de la ducha no era del todo estanca, en la mesita auxiliar apenas cabia el ordenador.

Excelente hotel
Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y es estupendo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la cama también. El baño es amplio y muy limpio. Esta muy bien ubicado u se puede ir andando a todas partes. Lo recomiendo.

Nice hotel close to Victoria station.
Comfortable and elegant hotel un a quiet place about seven minutes walking from Victoria station and Wesminster cathedral. The room was really clean and comfortable and the members of the hotel staff were helpful and very kind all the time. We really enjoyed our stay.

NO LO RECOMIENDO
Las condiciones del hotel están en general bien pero las personas del mostrador no tienen buena actitud ni ganas de atender al cliente. Habíamos solicitado una habitación doble y nos dieron una suite en el sótano que parecía un lugar abandonado, pedimos el cambio pero nos lo dieron hasta la siguiente noche. El barrio no esta muy lindo como se supone estaría. El desayuno carisimo. NO LO RECOMIENDO

bien situado, descanso asegurado.
Un viaje maravilloso, el hotel, aunque no excesivamente cerca de metro, bus... si en un punto ideal para ir hacia todas partes.

Hotel muy céntrico, zona muy tranquila
Muy céntrico, muchas cafeterías en las calles cercanas para poder desayunar, a menos de cinco minutos de la estación de metro. La habitación un 10 y muy tranquila sin ruidos, el único pero, es que nadie del hotel hablaba en español, puede que fuera por ser en enero, pero intentaban hacerse entender

Hotel en mal estado
El hotel se encuentra en muy mal estado, con escombros a la entrada, no tiene ascensor, las escaleras son viejas y tétricas. Esto contrasta con la calidad de la habitación, la cual era muy cómoda y bien mantenida. Por otra parte cuando compré las noches de hotel en "hoteles.com" se decía que incluía desayuno, sin embargo al llegar al hotel me dijeron que éste no estaba incluido. No lo recomiendo.

Buena ubicación, esta en remodelación.
El hotel esta muy antiguo y descuidado de mala apariencia pero las habitaciones nuevas están muy bonitas y modernas, por suerte nos toco la parte recién remodelada y todo estuvo bien, de habernos tocado la parte antigua hubiésemos cambiado de hotel esa misma noche (Espantosa).

Great location to most attractions! A good quiet and clean hotel to spend a week in London. Don't know about the breakfast as I didn't do that, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

It is also within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, which is very convenient. It is also not a bad place to stay in terms of security. The hotel seems to be run by an Indian family, and there is a vegan restaurant attached to the building, which was helpful for me as someone with dietary restrictions. However, as soon as I entered the room, I couldn't stop sneezing, which made me wonder if the chemicals used to clean the room were still there.

Extremely dirty and stained carpeting in room and hallway. Breakfast times are not the same every day. We prepaid for breakfasts for three days, but on the third day, Sunday, breakfast is later. We had to leave without breakfast because we had a train to catch. They refused to refund us for the breakfasts paid for but unable to stay for! Very unpleasant woman at the check-in desk… even a smile, would improve things.

Was not impressed at all !!
The location was good but that’s about it. Breakfast was less than average and no variety!! Room too small, and lots of noise coming from inside the walls /ceiling ( water pipes ) or noise from the air conditioner !!

I love how this property was so close to so many attractions, like Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, but was very quiet and felt safe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar staff always went over and beyond for us on our "night caps". It was the perfect end to each of our days in London. The rooms were not as small as some guest had descripted. We reserved the twin beds and we were pleasantly surprised how roomy it was. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will be back to stay there next time I am in London.

The hotel is clean & charming yet I had a room on the ground floor and I could not sleep at all. The hotel is too noisy: noise from the street, door slams, steps from the top rooms... I simply could not sleep and I was refused to change bedroom. In the morning, people came from the street to clean the windows & even opening the window without notice...

We would definitely stay here again!
This hotel was almost the most perfect hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, which is something I’ve never said, or experienced. My husband and I chose this hotel by its location to sites we wanted to see and reviews from other travelers. The room was somewhat small but the design was mostly perfect except for a couple quirky dislikes. upon entering the room, you need to put your room card into a slot to turn the lights on, thankfully, the Bellman was there to help with that. Otherwise we would’ve had no clue. There was a square plate on the wall that you had to touch different areas to turn the lights on, with the same square plate at the bedside. We never could figure out where to touch the square to get certain sets of lights on/off. I eventually had to unscrew the lightbulb next to the bedside. There were can lights and reading lights on either side of the bed, and the bathroom was well lit. Best lighting I’ve ever had. The bathroom was very clean, but there was no plug for our UK converter. The hairdryer was in a desk drawer and couldn’t be moved, difficult to use, as you how to hold a button in to get the hairdryer to work. I have arthritis in my left hand and used my brush in my right, but had to stop every few moments to give my hand a rest.. Very difficult to style hair, so my husband held the hairdryer while I styled, not what I wanted to do. Had to ask for clean towels every day because there was nowhere to hang them to dry except for back in the shower.

However, the reservation was made via your chosen third party agent with very specific terms and conditions including a 48 hours prior to the date of arrival cancellation policy which you agreed to despite knowing that there was a risk with such cancellation policy. The rate applicable related to and in consideration of the cancellation terms which were agreed at the time of booking/confirming the reservation.There is always a risk that guests may be unable to travel due to a wide variety of unforeseeable health or other reasons for example cancelled flights, weather conditions etc, many of these are beyond their control. We were out celebrating our anniversary and staying here was a great choice, close by nice place to eat and drink and most importantly a great place to call home for a night. Wish we could have stayed longer. We were given sweets and bottle of prosecco Which was really nice of them. So thank you
