Un poco desilusionada
Me he quedado varias veces en este hotel, pero en la zona que nos quedamos esta vez no me gusto. Eran unos apto anexos muy pequeños y con falta de limpieza.

calidad precio, razonable
El hotel esta en buen estado, pero esta lejos del metro (una caminata de 20 minutos), lo mas cercano es la red de autobuses de Londres, esta lejos tambien del centro de la ciudady de las atracciones turisticas, seran unos 40 ó 50 minutos para llegar, el establecimiento esta en buenas condiciones, el staff muy amable y un buen desayuno, no muy conveniente para una estancia corta, por las distancias, pero si tienes 4 ó mas días para estar en Londres y vas con un prespuesto apretado, asi definitivamente es una muy buena opcion. El wifi es con un costo extra, si necesitas tomar taxi, seran unas 40 - 50 libras

Recepcionista del hotel
El recepcionista del hotel a nuestra llegada fue muy amable; en cambio el que en lo sucesivo nos atendió fue grosero y reacio a prestarnos la ayuda necesaria, incluso tenía gestos grotescos hacia nosotros. Fue discriminador por el mero hecho de ser extranjeros y no dominar el inglés

Basic/OK.
First of all, the image of the lobby is not the lobby you are greeted with at this hotel. The actual lobby is more like a police station or a Citizens Advice Bureau. So to post a photo of a reception with plush furniture and fresh flowers, is simply false advertising. The reception staff is rude-ish and disinterested. The room itself was fine, classic motel layout, bed was clean, but the actual bed cover felt old and a bit grubby. The carpet was nasty. Bathroom was nice and clean. Would have been nice with a bedside lamp. Breakfast was ultra basic and practically inedible. Fine for a 3 night budget stay. No frills whatsoever.

The hotel is ok the room was clean and room was looked after ie new towels beds made tv did not work and fan only worked after i put in new batteries breakfast ok did not eat sausage has i had seen them stored in a container on the window shelf in kitchen the night befoe so not too sure they were what was on my plate amusing notice 1 egg 1 bacon 1 sausage and beans a bit skimpy milk was in a 2liter container it came in and was full fat only overall ok but would not run back one good note the guy on reception was pleasent and was helpfull the surrounding area was a little enlightning not sure if walking round after dark would be safe if on your own but thats not an issue for the hotel it is were it is overall ok.

The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room daily. The breakfast was not just continental but a full hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, baked beans plus cereals , toast, yogurt, etc, and the service was very efficient. It would have been nice if they gave us extra pillows and hand towels (not just bath towels), and tissue paper, and also if they have separate trash bins for recyclables. Great location with frequent bus service to the trains and tube and the Westfield mall; also a block from a grocery store which is very convenient.
