Es un excelente hotel, muy bien gestionado, el personal es muy atento. El único inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor, por lo que hay que subir escaleras para llegar a la habitación. La valija la subió el personal del hotel. Es un hotel con una excelente relación precio-calidad. La ubicación es privilegiada.

El hotel está muy bien y es recomendable. En mi caso tuve una habitación en una planta muy alta a la que se accedía subiendo 60 escalones muy empinados en su último tramo. Hacía bastante calor en la habitación. Eso sí, era muy silenciosa y contaba con frigorífico y microondas.

Es un hotel muy agradable, típico londinense pero con instalaciones modernas, un pequeño jardín trasero para descansar. El personal es muy atento

Los cuartos son pequeños pero bastante cómodos. Esta muy bien ubicado, y en los alrededores podrás encontrar variedad de restaurantes y tiendas. Lo recomiendo mucho!

El mejor hotel para estar en Londres
El hotel es tipo departamentos, tiene pequeña cocineta con refrigerador lo cual permite ahorrar en tu desayuno si deseas comprar algunas cosas con anterioridad. El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, súper limpias y la cama es lo mejor. Esta solo a dos calles de Hyde park y dos estaciones de la línea central donde fácilmente se conecta a todas partes de londres. La zona es muy tranquila y segura y a dos calles se encuentra una zona más bulliciosa donde hay un sin fin de comercios y lugares para comer. La relación precio-calidad es excelente. Siempre que viajo a Londres me quedo en ese hotel.

Los estudios Vancouver son maravillosos. La decoración muy cuidada, de todo lo que hace falta en La Cocina, todo muy limpio, al lado del metro, zona tranquila y céntrica, hay un Marks&Spencer a dos minutos, los trabajadores son muy agradables...

Hotel muy bonito con una gran ubicación
Cuidado al más mínimo detalle, con una decoración preciosa. Cómodo. La cocina hace de el un alojamiento muy versátil. una calle muy tranquila cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y varias paradas de metro y Autobus. Repetiremos seguro.

Convenient location, neat and clean property. It does not have an elevator so if you have heavy luggage like we did, do take note that you might have to lift your bags up 2-3 stories!

Firstly, upon check-in, we were informed by the receptionist that the room we had reserved, a Basic Twin Room with 2 Twin Beds, was unavailable. Instead, we were given a room with only one bed. This was a clear deviation from the reservation we had made and significantly inconvenienced us, especially considering we had traveled from Los Angeles with large checked bags and were exhausted from the journey. Adding to our frustration, the room was located on the fourth floor of the building, which lacked an elevator. This meant that we had to navigate multiple flights of stairs with our heavy luggage, exacerbating our already tired state. Upon expressing our concern to the staff, we were initially met with resistance. The receptionist argued that the room with 2 twin beds was not available at the time of our check-in and claimed that the single-bed room was an upgraded version offered to us at no extra charge. However, after further investigation, it was revealed that the room we had originally booked was indeed available, indicating a lack of attention to detail and organization on the part of the staff. Subsequently, we were required to relocate to the correct room, resulting in additional inconvenience and wasted time. Moreover, upon settling into the room, we discovered that it was not adequately cleaned, with stained sheets and overall poor cleanliness standards.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it has not failed to disappoint. It’s traditional, friendly and so convenient. A short walk from Hyde park and we also walked through the park to the Royal Albert Hall. It has a quirky feel with its quaint decor and lovely garden. Close to Notting Hill too and a 20 minute walk to Portobello market. The apartment had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly with a bonus of 24hr reception.

狭いですが、清潔で明るく暖かいお部屋でした。 細くて急な階段をスーツケースを持って昇るのは大変ですが、それ以外はシャワーもきちんと出て女性にも良いと思います。

Nice, hotel…uncomfortable bed let it down
We were only here for 1 night but for some reason had been upgraded from a double to an apartment. The space was huge and had everything we needed. There was a dressing table with a mirror and a plug socket beside it which was a plus…so many hotels don’t think of this! The only negative was the double bed….it was ridiculously soft so super uncomfortable! I ended up with a sore neck for the next couple days. Other than that the hotel was perfectly situated for our needs.

lots of stars in the property - was no problem for me but just to point out to others who it may be an issue for. Great place - decent price, top locations for transport and exploring London. Many resturants and pubs all nearby.

It was very nice and tidy, in a good location and reasonably priced for London. The only two things worth mentioning are that it has a lot of stairs and that at night you need to toggle the hallway lights on in order to see in the hallways. But would recommend the stay.

This hotel charged me twice for one night and will not provide a refund. They won't help and told me to contact my back if I wanted to dispute the charges. This has ruined an otherwise nice stay. The property itself was nice and the person who checked me into the hotel was excellent.

The room, bed and the shower were really small spaced. Liked the location. The experience could had been better except the poor quality service provided by one of the employee which resulted in a really embarrassing situation for us. The room service entered our room without knocking or acknowledging while we were changing. Apparently the front desk employee missed updating the system or manager that we extended the stay. Not impressed at all how this situation was handled.

Super Comfy for solo female traveller
Hotel is in safe area with lots of restaurants and shops. Close to 2 tube stations and walking to Notting Hill and Portobello Market. Saw a few shows so had to come later at night and felt very safe. Staff and super friendly and helpful. The Italian staff caught a spider in my room, bless him. Room is small but has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Great location; handy to tube and bus system. Close to Hyde park for nice strolls. Two single bed rooms are smallish but this is to be expected. Mattresses too soft and one need to be replaced. Had kitchenette but not well stocked. Shower area was very cramped but good water pressure and water temperature. Liked courtyard area for sitting and decompressing after a day of sight seeing. Good value overall.

My daughter and I spent a week in London and Vancouver Studios was a fantastic place to come home to after each day of adventure. We loved the neighbourhood, the staff were very kind and helpful and our room, while small, was cozy and comfortable.

all good, although room very small, but ok, it had a nice window and green outside, trees etc. Internet many times not working, the wifi. But very nice staff members at front desk.

Great location to train station, Hyde park and heaps of shops. Only one stop away from Paddington which has the Heathrow express train. Bed comfortable, staff great, has everything you need. Only negative was no elevator so you have to get bags up narrow step staircase (I was on third floor). But overall a great place to stay.

Very convenient location. Easy walk to 3 tube stations. Good dining choices and good british style pubs close by. Hotel is a in a lovely old building. Only draw back no lifts. The room was very small but manageable. The bed was very soft and a double size. I would stay again but ask for a room on a lower floor.
