Good to Know Before You Book
The flat is on the top floor and reached by stairs, with no lift. The double sofa bed in the living room needs making up; you`ll find pillows, sheets and a duvet in the bedroom wardrobe. Parking is on site across 4 spaces on a first come, first served basis with no restrictions, though a spot cannot be guaranteed. Check-in is self-service with an access code sent the day before arrival, and a welcome pack with everything you need will be left on the kitchen island.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at £50 per hour, subject to availability, and can be arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
A security deposit of £150 will apply.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
