Muy recomendable
Experiencia muy positiva. El personal de recepción muy amable, desayuno bueno aunque un poco caro (15 pounds) y la habitación cómoda y limpia.

La ubicacion. Las instalaciones ya estan un tanto descuidadas y necesita remodelacion. Camas OK Sabanas OK pero el baño esta para cambiar.

La piscina y el spa salva el hotel , la habitación mía no tenía ni aire acondicionado, ni frigorífico, la ventana no se podía cerrar de todo , el baño anticuado. El personal de la recepción muy amable y lo único que se salva es la limpieza

Ok....
Bastante bien, disfrute el gimnasio y la habitación. Sugiero pongan atención a los canales de TV, se repiten, no se oyen y hay de música que no se oyen... falta toallero en el baño para manos... en amenidades aveces café, a veces no... el escalón para ir al gym a nivel ground, después del área de la computadora es MORTAL, a pesar del aviso.

Estuvimos dos días, el primer día se arruino el baño, lo reportamos a las 6;00pm y a las 8:00pm no arreglaron nada, el segundo día también, reportamos dos veces más nos fuimos y no hicieron nada y los que atienden nunca resolvieron

El hotel es caro en funcion delo que ofrecen Esta muy lejos del transporte publico, instalaciones viejas, las habitaciones antiguas y con faltantes Por ej una que me dieron no tenia heladerita, pedi cambio y me dieron otra que no tenia mesa de luz Lo unico que destaca es la atencion de la gente de la recepciin Todos se esmeran por complacer al huesped

Closed hotel
The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one.

It would have been better to have been able to stay in the hotel that I had selected or, as this turned out to be unavailable a week before the booking, to have been relocated to another that offers equivalent facilities

Ok but not great.
It was clear that the room had not had an update in quite a while, other than the decorating. There was a trouser press with a broken ironing board (it wouldn't stay up), an ironing board in the wardrobe that would only go to half height, no outlets in the room to speak of, a hair dryer from the 80s on the wall in the bathroom that didn't work, a towel warming rack on the wall in the bathroom that didn't work, and the cabinet labeled 'Mini Bar' was entirely empty. My husband ended up ironing his shirt while sitting on the bed with the ironing board between the bed and the wall (a space about a foot and a half wide) because that was the only plug we could find. While not devastating, it was certainly irritating for a hotel we were paying £120/nt for. And before you ask, we didn't have time to call the desk and ask for another board, we had a show to get to. Over all, the hotel was alright but nothing special and I would have expected to pay about half what we did. The rooms need a serious update to charge more.

Stayed at this property for two days. I was unaware that the property had two buildings. One building had the pretty pictures where the reception and pool are, the other building was old, had the bedrooms which were old, not too clean. Pictures are very misleading. Not that close to transportation.

Great for training courses.
Good service from the front desk but even though we only had 7 people on the course all week, it took them until Thursday morning to stop setting the room up for 12 despite being asked twice. Overall a nice, well-placed hotel offering good meeting rooms and good service.
