Todo bien en el hotel. No tuvimos ningún problema. También comentar que sólo estabamos para dormir, desayunar y llegar tarde para volver a dormir. PERO EL TIEMPO QUE ESTUVIMOS ESTUVO BIEN.

Quality hotel near Victoria coach station.
Comfortable and clean hotel offering airconditioning in room (with the hot weather we had, this was absolutely wonderful), a modern bathroom (with well functioning shower head!), full English breakfast and last but not least a very welcoming staff...and in London this has a certain price tag (which I personally find way too high in comparison to other capital cities in Europe, but this is a general issue). Hotel also has restaurant, which we didn´t try. Very practical when travelling by coach to Victoria coach station, and with quite a few pubs, restaurants and shops near by at a walking distance.

Muy agradable estancia
Pequeño hotel Muy bien ubicado, confortable y de trato amable. La habitación con una ducha fantástica y una cama muy cómoda solo tiene un pero no cuenta con mini-bar. Otro problema es su falta de espacio, se echa de menos una sala de estar para los días que no quieras estar todo el día fuera o quedarte a leer el periódico. El desayuno cuenta con un personal muy amable que recuerda tus peticiones pero eso sí, además del British Breakfast no hay mucho donde elegir.

Actualmente ofrecemos un variado desayuno de cortesía que incluye un desayuno típico inglés, pero hay más platos frescos que cocinamos a pedido, además del buffet continental. No somos un hotel grande con espacios grandes, pero un hotel "boutique" bonito y acogedor. Tenemos un salón y un bar disponibles para nuestros huéspedes en todo momento. Nuestro equipo está aquí a su servicio las 24 horas para garantizarle la mejor estadía posible. ¡Esperamos verte de nuevo!

Personal agradable, cama cómoda, habitación límpia y un desayuno más que aceptable. El hotel está en una zona totalmente residencial, pero en menos de 10 mins andando estás en Victoria Station, y en 15-20 en Sloane Square.

Un hotel clásico, limpio y con buen desayuno
Elegimos el hotel por varias razones. La zona es buena, Pilmico, cerca de la estación Victoria. Un lugar tranquilo y bien comunicado, tanto para entrar y salir de Londres como para moverte por él. Aparte el hotel tenía un buen desayuno, con dos partes: buffet continental y desayuno inglés. Así que esa fue otra de las razones. El desayuno es bueno y abundante. La habitación no es enorme, pero sí tiene un tamaño adecuado. El baño estaba partido en dos, por lo que a pesar de ser chico le daba un punto de practicidad alto. Como nota negativa decir sólo que la calefacción no es individual, de forma que tienes que llamar a recepción para que la pongan. La verdad que la ponen de muy buena gana pero es un punto de incomodidad en ese sentido. El personal, de recepción, cafeterías, etc. realmente servicial.

We loved our stay at The Windermere Hotel. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and there was minimal noise from outside. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Location was very convenient to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria train station. What a gem of a hotel!

We had a very good few days. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was quite spacious and very clean with a big, comfy bed, a good-sized bathroom and a roomy shower. The breakfast was better than expected, although a little limited time wise. The location is good, with a number places to eat close by and 3 underground stations within walking distance. We would happily stay there again.

Great little boutique hotel in central London, with character and very good value for money. The bed was very comfortable and the complimentary full English breakfast nice and filling (they had different options available as well). The place had a friendly vibe. I would very happily return there. The only slightly negative point is the sound proofing wasn't very good, but that's normal in older buildings.

Outstanding property with very attentive and helpful front desk staff. Even the smallest of rooms (Little Ben on the lower level) was pleasantly decorated, very clean, and contained all amenities. Little Ben also looked out onto a well-maintained courtyard an added plus. Breakfast was hearty and healthy. Highly recommend

This a pretty good little spot, a bit away from Victoria where all the underground train services are but still within walking distance if you’re in good health. The staff is super friendly, and If you get the breakfast included, it is amazing. What we found a bit concerning was that the heat was automatically set to turn on at night, but managed to figure out how to turn it off. We are hot bodies and we wanted to use the air conditioner but the remote to turn it on was missing. We had to crack open the window to cool the room down, unfortunately there is no screen for the window, fortunately no bugs came in to chew us up. Upon receiving housekeeping services , I layer down on the bed and one of the pillows had a bad smell. Fortunately my second pillow smelled fresh and was able to get rest. Lastly after our last housekeeping service as well the house keeper left a window cleaner spray bottle in our bathroom. We were too tired to complain since we had a day trip to Paris and walked over 11miles that day.

It's great that you made the most of our excellent location, and even managed a day trip to Paris. We do have air-conditioning in the summer months. You were with us in November during a cold spell, which called for central heating. Every room has a radiator which can be adjusted to control the temperature. All of our rooms have windows that open for lovely fresh air, and it is very common to open the windows in London. Fly screens are certainly not needed here, and you may have noticed on your travels that UK buildings do not have such screens. I am sorry to hear about the housekeeping errors, and I have already spoken to our team. Our team is on-site 24/7, so it is a shame that you did not ask us for assistance during your stay, as we could have rectified any issues immediately.We hope to welcome you again!

Excellent base for Central London
The Windermere hotel is a lovely boutique hotel situated a stone’s throw from Victoria railway and coach stations. Set in a chic neighbourhood, close to the King’s Road shopping district, it offers warm, stylish & clean rooms, including a delicious complimentary breakfast. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I warmly recommend the Windermere Hotel and look forward to staying again very soon.
