I regretted my decision to stay here despite having read other reviews beforehand. Upon arrival, the lobby was crowded with people, and it wasn't clear if they were guests or just visitors using the facilities. This lack of distinction felt unsettling, as it seemed anyone could easily access the rooms. The front desk attendant appeared overwhelmed, handling what seemed like an excessive number of guests single-handedly.
Throughout the hotel, the lighting was insufficient, creating an uncomfortable ambiance. The corridors leading to the rooms, equipped with motion sensor lights, felt dim and reminiscent of a prison. Additionally, the constant sound of water running through exposed pipes outside our room was disruptive.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families, as the experience was far from child-friendly. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were so inadequate that I'm still experiencing neck pain two weeks later.
Considering these factors, I was surprised to see this establishment labeled as a five-star hotel on Expedia. Save yourself the trouble and opt for alternative accommodations. This place falls short of expectations, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it.
