Excellent location. All good except bedroom has 8 steps to the bathroom and 12 steps to the kitchen. Difficult for elderly. Photos showed bedroom with floor thru layout. No description of room layout during booking. Kitchen and washer dryer were a plus.

The Sloane Apartments offers old world elegance in the heart of London! We booked a 2-bedroom apartment and it was perfect! The rooms were comfortable and stylish. The kitchen was stocked with all needed supplies, even though we didn't use it much. There is a lovely restaurant and roof garden on site which serves delicious food. I LOVED staying at The Sloane and look forward to coming back again!

We stayed in an efficiency apartment at the back of a townhouse, half a block from Sloane Square underground station and overlooking a back garden. The location is beautiful, safe, and surprisingly quiet considering it's closeness to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is small but spotless and well-equipped, and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, toaster, and Nespresso machine. There is a very small washer/dryer unit, fine for occasional needs but not meant for large loads. The entire space is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It's worth noting that our particular unit was laid out in a split-level arrangement, with the kitchen several steps up and the bathroom several steps down from the bed/sitting room, which may pose a problem for some. Other units might be different. Would definitely book again.

This property is well maintained on a quiet street, but convenient to shops, restaurants and just a block from a Tube station. The staff is very helpful. We stayed in a studio for 8 nights and found it very comfortable. One alert to guests: It's great having laundry in the room, but it's noisy and takes a long time. Don't start at night! Start load in morning on your way out for the day and it will be done when you return.

Location and property are beautiful. The front desk person seemed confused though both at check in and check out. He told our rental car company (that they use and recommend) that they didn’t know who we were so we almost lost our rental. Also, the washer/dryer combo is terrible, it will take several hours to do one load of laundry and there were no instructions for anything in the apt. Housekeeping was wonderful. Very close to the tube and a very safe area

Favorite London home away from home.
I’ve stayed at the Sloane Club four times in the past five years. It’s my go to hotel and/or apartment in London. I’ve stayed in the Large one bedroom, two bedroom, and regular one bedroom apartments. I’ve stayed at the Sloane Place Hotel as well. All have been excellent experiences. The properties are beautiful, comfortable, safe, and the staff is always exceptional. I can’t wait to return, it’s always a pleasure there.

Absolutely delighted with the apartment at the Sloane Club! Very spacious, beautifully appointed, spotless, and there are very few places better than steps from Sloane Square! The washer/dryer in unit were so appreciated after coming from other destinations. Will look to stay here again on future visits!

Lovely Apartment
We thought this apartment was really lovely although the £50 charge per night for camp bed was a bit over the top given that we were there for 3 nights the cost of the canp bed would have been around £150 my poor husband had to sleep in this as we were a family of 5 and noone wanted to sleep alone in the lounge area. Otherwise good.

These apartments are spacious, modern, quiet and clean. The amenities were lovely, though one oddity was no tea in the kitchen - only coffee. Very close to the Underground and commercial areas for dining and shopping, yet on a quiet street. They were also very accommodating for early check-in.

These apartments are very well maintained, clean and modern. Unlike a typical hotel room, the units are separated in a way that there is very little noise from other residents. It was a very convenient location for visiting family nearby, but also easy to walk to Tube stop (one block away), restaurants and other shopping areas. Excellent service, including accommodation for early check in.

Beautifully appointed apartment, 2 minute stroll from Sloane Square. Apartments are spacious and clean and furnished to a very high standard. Lovely room-service breakfast. Beautiful area of London. Will now always stay in on future London visits.

Great location and very spacious. On check in we were told to go to the wrong building so had to contact reception again. There is a coffee machine but no milk and only 3 coffee pods. The bathrobes were quite thin and worn.

A bit disappointed.
The accommodations were beautiful and in the chic Sloane Square area of Chelsea, great for walking to EVERYTHING! That said, our accommodations were not ready at check in time and we waiting in the very small lobby almost an hour while people almost tripped over us and our bags. The desk clerk was polite but said that housekeeping was to blame. No consideration was offered. We were pointed to our apartment in the rain and no offer of help with bags was offered. Night one we discovered, after laundering our clothes, that the drying mechanism on the machine was broken and while they took our clothes to dry and pick up the next day, we were offered nothing in the way of a move to a unit with a working mechanism or consideration for the continued inconvenience. Four times our clothes were sent out for drying. The apartment was well furnished, clean and quiet. Being Gold exclusive members, we expected that we would have been treated better, however.

I've stayed at this property 3 times now. The best things about it is the location and the apartment appliances. This time I stayed at the studio and the layout is a bit awkward. It has the bed area with the tv in front of the bed, but not super comfortable to watch from the sofa. The kitchen is up a few stairs, and the bathroom and washer dryer room down a few stairs. That being said, everything was clean and modern. It's fine for one maybe two people, depending on how much luggage you have. The next time I stay, I think I'll go back to the regular one bedroom with more space.

The location was perfect. Lots of Character, quiet, private and nice staff. The flat was on the lower floor and the living room window looked onto the open linen closet that the staff needed to access to service the Apartments. Lots of activity up and down the stairs, so little privacy during the day.

Location was excellent only 5mins from Sloane Square tube station. The apartment had 3 levels, kitchen on the top, bedroom in the middle and bathroom at the bottom. Overall the apartment was nice, clean and spacious. The air conditioning was not as strong as expected which made the room a bit stuffy.

Fantastic location and just as we had expected. No room service at weekends. Pint of milk 2 teabags and 3 coffee pods. Some Partridges fudge, jam and nuts and wine but not sure which if any were complimentary. So remember to pick up some supplies. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bedroom. Had to request a hairdryer which was missing - a bit irritating. Would recommend it and hope to be back.

Please kindly note that in-apartment dining is available Monday - Sunday between the hours of 12:00 am and 10:30 pm and there is a 24/7 reception however, should you require housekeeping on the weekends this can be arrange at an additional cost of £50.00 as per our terms and conditions. Perfect location for a mini break in Chelsea
I could not fault the studio apartment I stayed in. It was emaculately clean and had everything you could have needed for a mini break in Chelsea. The staff at the Sloane Club were very helpful. Perfect location. Easy check in and out. I personally found the decor a little bright and will ask next time if there is a more neutral room. Saying that I would more than happily stay there again. Well done.
