Wonderful, quiet location in an upscale neighborhood. Easy access to multiple tube stations and buses. Communication was excellent with the host. Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. The only suggestion that our group had was a binder with directions on how to use some of the items in the house like the coffee maker, shower or dryer. While it was awesome to have a full size washer and dryer, our items kept coming out of the dryer damp and it was steamy when opening the door. I’m sure it wasn’t the machine but we weren’t familiar with its usage. Overall we had an excellent stay and would return against. Thank you, Adam.

Great location. Very spacious apartment, plenty big enough for a family with children. Clean and has good showers. Nice laundry room. Kitchen is very basic, it has the required appliances but minimal cookware and was not easy cook in. However lots of restaurants on the doorstep so easy to eat out.

Great place in a great location. Easy cab/train rides to everything. Walking distance to tons of restaurants/shopping. Check-in/out was super easy and the staff kept in good communication to answer any questions. Would definitely book again if travel to London is on the horizon.

We had a wonderful stay during our pre-cruise visit to London. The location could not be more perfect—just steps away from fantastic restaurants, shops, and within easy reach of the center of London.One thing to note is that during our visit the main lift was out of service, so we had to use the small service elevator (about 3x2 feet). It worked, but with luggage and a family it meant taking turns in shifts. This wasn’t the property’s fault and didn’t take away from our overall experience.The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The building manager was absolutely lovely and helpful. A few small things we would have appreciated: a few more coffee pods for the machine (as it uses a less common type), additional paper towels, and more toilet paper given our 5-night stay. Thankfully, there’s an excellent coffee shop right downstairs that had great coffee, grab-and-go sandwiches, and bakery items.The washer and dryer worked well, though travelers from the U.S. should know the dryer is not as powerful as what we’re used to at home.Marylebone itself is a gem—full of great restaurants and pubs, with everything you need nearby. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to London.

Great location, tricky door codes and lift broken

Wonderful location. Clean nice apartment with everything you would need. Unfortunately the lift was broken and my family had heavy bags to lug up three flight of stairs. The check-in process was a little tricky with a language barrier and we couldn’t get the right door codes a couple of times and the building code changed during our stay. It was also pretty hot so never got cool in the apartment. If the lift and building/door codes are smoothed out and not so hot out, this would be great!

Location is perfect. Very close to restaurants, cafes, grocery shops and shops. The property is very confortable and everything worked well. The host was always available for any question we had. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Stayed with our family of 5 and had a great time. Highly recommended

Perfect for the US traveler

This is my 2nd stay at this flat and I would return again. If you want AC and true washer/dryer setup this is your place. It is in a great spot, has a small balcony and everything you may possibly need is just steps away.

Central to London and Safe

My family and I enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Great host and a nice place. It is in the middle of Marylebone and plenty of restaurants and shops to keep you busy. The flat is good size with all the comforts of home including AC and washer/dryer. A must in my opinion. The outdoor balcony was nice to relax and people watch. Tube stations are a short walk away and uber was always just a few minutes away. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Location

Property is in a great location in the Marleybone area near shopping and lots of restaurants. Even though it is on a main street, we were not bothered at all by street noise. The flat is nice and spacious, comfortable for a small family or two couples. There were a few things that needed attention at check-in and Adam's team was super responsive in trying to address everything quickly. I think some basic instructions would be helpful for some of the appliances but we were very happy and would rent again.
