    The Space:

    This lovely flat spans around one level, and is a total of 553 square foot. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is a true centrepiece — a space that is practical and visually striking. Designed with a modern rustic elegance, and fully equipped with modern appliances, it features a large central butcher-block island and sleek sage cabinetry complemented by matte black hardware. The exposed brickwork adds a clever texture, contrasting beautifully with white subway tiling and floating oak shelves. The built-in bench along the bay window is a lovely addition to this room and creates a charming and relaxing corner. The large windows bathe this space in natural light.



    Bedrooms:

    Both bedrooms are generously sized with good natural light, comfortable bedding, and sufficient built-in storage. The neutral tones, thoughtful design and personal touch bring a charming character to each bedroom. Natural light fills both bedrooms due to the tall windows.

    The Neighborhood:

    Fulham is a very popular neighbourhood amongst Londoners. Within walking distance, you will find a number of fabulous bars and restaurants. The area also has a number of supermarkets including Whole Foods, Waitrose and Sainsbury's. Fulham is nearby to Parsons Green as well as Chelsea. Central London can be reached easily by bus or tube.



    Fulham is home to numerous young couples, families and City professionals who have created a family-friendly reputation for this leafy suburb, and it is defined by charming and attractive properties that makes Fulham one of the most wondrous areas in London.



    There are numerous Gastropubs and restaurants dotted around Fulham providing a selection of fine food and beers, try out:

    -The Crabtree (which is along the river).



    For lovely restaurants and a range of cuisines, we recommend trying:

    -Bellillo – A cosy Italian eatery known for its authentic Neapolitan pizzas and warm ambience.

    The Cafes are also plentiful. If you are looking for a good brunch, take a wander down to Parsons Green or New Kings Road.



    Fulham is known for its wide collection of great shops, from high-end fashion, independent hardware shops and vintage furniture shops, Lillie Road has a variety of choices. The road runs parallel to The King’s Road and it is a shopping haven for the Chelsea residents. North End Road is a market road filled with a variety of fresh produce, from meats to fruit and vegetables.



    Parks & Green Spaces:

    Fulham is lucky to benefit from plentiful green and open spaces which is not very common this close to Central London. These include Parsons Green, Bishops Park, Eel Brook Common, South Park, Hurlingham Park, and Imperial Park. Much of the Thames Path is also intact, giving wonderful access to the River.



    Fulham is home to not just one, but two football stadiums. Craven Cottage, host of Fulham F.C. and Stamford Bridge, host of Chelsea F.C are two of the most traditional football clubs in London.



    If you find yourself in Fulham in June don’t miss out on the annual 'Polo in the Park' held in Hurlingham Park for one weekend of the year. The event boasts an international clash of Cities in a simplified tournament of Polo in search of the reigning champions.



    Getting Around:

    This area is extremely well-connected for transport. The closest tube station is Fulham Broadway - only a 5-minute walk from the flat. Fulham Broadway runs on the district line and provides direct access to central London areas such as Earl's Court, South Kensington, Victoria, and Westminster.



    There are also many different buses on North End Road which take you across London.

    Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.



    Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.



    *Please note there are two flights of stairs up to the property.



    If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.



    We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.



    Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.



    Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.



    The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
