The house is set in a lovely residential neighbourhood surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and great local amenities. With easy access to buses, trains, and the Tube, reaching Central London and the city’s main attractions is simple and stress-free.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room designed for comfort and relaxation. Sink into the cosy sofas and armchairs after a day in the city, enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or make use of the dedicated workspace if you're working remotely during your stay.

A separate dining room downstairs provides the perfect space to enjoy meals together, whether you're travelling with family, friends, or colleagues.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, from cookware and crockery to all the essentials for a comfortable long stay.

The property features two lovely double bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable beds, quality mattresses, and spacious wardrobes to make you feel settled from day one.
The bathroom includes a shower over the bathtub and is stocked with gentle shower gel and shampoo to add a little extra comfort to your stay.

One of the true highlights of the home is the beautiful and spacious private back garden, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind in the sunshine, or relax after a busy day exploring London.

Ideal for mid to long stays, families, business travellers, or groups of friends, this East London home combines comfort, space, and convenience in one fantastic location.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

The house is composed of 3 floors and there are a lot of stairs. For this reason, it may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties or wheelchair users.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
