No me gusto la reposición de toallas y demás elementos de higiene y limpieza general. Poco sitio en el comedor del desayuno para tantas habitaciones. Me gustó el check in rápido y amabilidad de la recepción.

Excelente ubicación.
Excelente ubicación. Habitación correcta. Es mas pequeña de lo que parece en las fotografías. Wifi de pago en las habitaciones :( 5 pounds diarios.... Retienen en la tarjeta de credito aprox 300 euros hasta el check out de la habitación... pero demoran 14 días en desbloquear el importe :(.... El desayuno esta bien... solo bien...

Excellent place. Cozy and comfortable. The only thing they need to work in is replacing the elevator.. it's very very slow

Excelent hotel for a box extra space /modern
We loved the place , the two beds rooms within the room , with the seating area kitchen Well equipped Very quiet, contemporary decor. Confortable besa and cleaned linens Very helpful laundry and great gym though we did not use it Location is not far walk (7/10 min) to either London Bridge underground or Borough market Convenient Breakfast was good, but has not tons of variety We needed an adapter (to purchase or borrow) from America to UK plug and they couldn’t lend or sell us any Overall we are happy

The room is clean and tidy. The layout plan for keeping two beds apart in the room is very good for privacy purpose. Residence Inn provided good facilities for cooking, such as microwave, oven cooker and pans. Breakfast is free provided with different choice of food and drinks.

Great property room size and overall deal for the price. Walking distance to bridge and plenty of pubs on the way. A train stop from the Abby and just perfect spot.

Check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little tired with flaky paint on the wall. My main concern with the room was the toilet had been used and not cleaned and the bin was already full. Breakfast was ok but the hot items came out over 20 minutes apart so couldn’t have what I wanted.

There was a 9-minute walk from the London Bridge station. When looking for it in the rain on the day of arrival, it was very confusing. As there was another Residence Inn nearby, I actually walked in there instead. Since this hotel is great in communications, maybe stating how to walk from London Bridge/Borough Stations, or suggesting the use of taxi, would help the future customers.

Food was alright, needed a little more variety. Room was comfortable, spacious and was good for us. Biggest complaint is it needs another elevator, one is just not sufficient.

조식이 풍성하고 좋았어요 특히 크롸상이 크고 부드러워서 너무 맛있었어요. 타워브릿지까지는 걸어서 가도되고 바로 버스정류소에서 C10번을 타면 런던아이, 빅벤 국회의사당까지도 바로 갈수 있어 좋았어요. 가족여행이라 너무 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다

Am a guest staying at this property for a second time and the overall experience is horrible as the first time. The bedsheet has hair and dust, table cloth in the kitchen counter has hair stuck to it, at the laundry room bundle of wool are found lying on the floor, hotel washes the dirty clothes in the washing machine which guest like us use to wash our clothes. Hotel is about 1.3KM from the London Bridge tube station.
