Funcional pero lejano
El personal es agradable y las habitaciones son limpias y funcionales. De inicio nos pusieron en una habitación de la planta baja con grandes ventanas que daba directamente a la calle por lo que no había intimidad alguna. Nos cambiaron a otra en el primer piso pero la situación era prácticamente la misma así que tuvimos que estar toda la estancia con las cortinas echadas. El colchón es cómodo pero las almohadas son horribles así que era difícil descansar. La ducha no tenía término medio, el agua estaba o muy fría o muy calente. Finalmente lo peor fue la ubicación ya que estaba muy retirado del centro en una zona sin apenas restaurantes ni tiendas. También estaba retirado de la estación de trenes (15 minutos andando) aunque, de manera gratuita, el hotel ofrecía transporte hasta la estación.

The view from the room was good but right under the room there is a what we were told is a restaurant but the barrier to the restaurant is kept in place by broken paving slabs weighing them down by being leant against them Also on the night of our stay there was a party in the restaurant with a dj, this party was so loud we had to complain as we couldn’t get to sleep. We complained twice before anything was done

This place is nothing like it’s advertised, those photos are much older. The place is dated, the linen is cheap & nasty. They advertise it as a 5 star hotel, they must be self appointed. If you’re looking to spend in the £200 a night I would say there are way better options out there.

Stuffly, bad shower, poor experience.
The location is far from the overgound/underground. The room is stuffy. The shower head is weak. The room is dark. I felt like this hotel is 3 stars rather than 5.

Overall it was ok. It has been a few years since I last stayed here. I didn’t get the same feeling, the room I was in needs a little attention I.e tile in bathroom feels loose and carpet areas tattered behind the wardrobe and bar doors. I was also asked to pay a refundable deposit when I arrived, I know this is protocol with hotels but I am usually informed before arrival, this was not the case. Other than that it was ok but I doubt I will be returning again.

Staff great - food alright
The hotel is a 5 star location and the staff are exemplary and the room splendid. Whilst we only had drinks and breakfast at the Banyan on the Thames restaurant - this felt much more 3-4 star than 5

It is a nice property in Battersea area with Thames River promenade. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooms are well maintained and clean. The stay was lovely. So if Battersea is the area you want to stay in, there is no better Hotel.

Terrible do not go!
We arrived at 6.30 pm expecting to shower before going out, however the room ws so cold we could not do that. The only way to contol the air con was from the reception desk, as the telephone in the room did not work we had to go downstairs to do this. We did not have time to wait for the air con to alter the temp so had to go out to dinner unchanged. When we arrived back the room temp was fine but it quickly dropped and we were cold all night. Again no hope of a shower inthe morning. Could not possibly return and although we were given a £50 reimbursment it was not enough for a thoughly terrible experience.

I work away from home a lot! One thing I will say is I never heard another person not one door slam nothing! Quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. However despite being very nice the bathroom was starting to look a little bit tired. Breakfast let it down really, the yogurts were warm and the sausages cool! And someone took my plate the second I put my fork down, wasn’t actually finished but too polite to say anything! All that said, I would stay here again due to the peaceful nights sleep.

The property was a great location on the pier for walking and relaxing. The room very clean although one day was missed it was corrected I was there a week I was charged for breakfast even though the room was over $300 a night would be a con and the property seems to serve as a dual apartment building. Staff and restaurant wonderful! I just don’t think the property is worth the cost. You are able to walk to nearly everything and it was very close to Tooting and Balham.

Hotel was nice, not ideal location if wanting to explore London as a tourist. Only stayed one night and just used hotel as somewhere to sleep so did not make use of facilities like spa or hotel food. Overall had good experience, only problem was some minor issues in room like not all tv channels working and was not able to turn down room temperature with electric monitor which made for a slightly uncomfortable nights sleep.

Weekend stay, bed comfortable, hotel view very nice. Couple of plugs in the wall did not work, no instructions with how to work the touch pad and touch pad next to bed did not work at all. Check out on site 10:30, check out in hotel states 11am, asked me to confirm payment details were correct at check in however not my card, explained this is the companies card through which i paid (Experian) so odd, but fair. Overall not too bad however for the price paid i would've expected a little more care and attention to detail, would like everything in working order. Cold room as heating did not work. Not too bad for a couple of nights, for price paid I would not recommend or choose again.
