Lindo hotel, muy bien ubicado. Excelente desayuno y muy buena atención del personal. Las habitaciones no son grandes pero cómodas. El ascensor ( solo 1 para el hotel) es antiguo, pero funciona bien.

NO RESPETAN LAS CONDICIONES DE RESERVACIÓN
Solicitamos una habitación con dos camas, y al llegar al hotel. teníamos una cama mas pequeña que una matrimonial. Argumentando que la petición solo estaba remarcada en los comentarios, sin embargo, el cobro fue por una habitación doble, con dos camas. No es la primera vez que me sucede en este hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada si la visita es de trabajo, ya que es incomodo dormir en la misma cama con colegas.

Muy buena estadia y servicios, singles pequeñas.
Fue realmente muy buena mi estadia: todo lo incluido en habitacion, desayuno buffet, y la en verdad muy amable y eficiente atencion del personal. Algun problema habia con la calefaccion excesiva, pero vinieron a resolverlo enseguida desde la recepcion (y parcialmente lo lograron: luego, lo resolvi combinando con apertura periodica del vidrio de la ventana). Unica contra: el tamaño en verdad muy compacto de la habitacion single standard, que para poder abrir una valija grande era problematico: solo podia abrirsela en el hall de entrada taponando el acceso a la puerta de entrada a la habitacion.

Gran pequeño hotel.
Esta en un sitio perfecto. Cerca de las compras, en el Centro de Londres con una comunicación perfecta, metro etc. El personal es amabilísimo , el desayuno es de una calidad impresionante para éste tipo de hotel. Las habitaciones sin ser muy grandes son cómodas y muy limpias. Desde luego que es un hotel a tener en cuenta en relación calidad precio en Londres.

There was an issue with the reservation They didn’t have mine in the hotel system. They had to check it twice even when I was already in my room they had some questions about my stay They were very nice and solved it very well but anyway .. there must be a Problem with the reservation system between Expedia and the hotel

Perfect location and nice place to stay
The hotel is very nice. My room was small but it had everything I needed. The only thing that is bad about this hotel is how terribly slow the elevator is. The hotel is in a perfect location. I would stay there again.

Disappointing
Given the price charged, this hotel did not measure up to my expectations. The room was too small and cramped to properly accommodate 2 people. There was not even a chair in the room. Our suitcases had be either on the floor or the beds. There were no drawers so we had to live out of our suitcases while staying there. The bathroom was mostly okay, but the toilet would start running water for 5 to 10 minutes a few minutes after each flush. The staff was nice enough but the room was sub par. I've stayed at other Raddison Blus in London which I enjoyed, but this one I couldn't wait to leave.

I have had bigger baths than this room. Tiny and uncomfortable. I could touch the walls at either aide of the bed while lying in it, just difficult to get in and out of. TV very high up and difficult to see. I travel a lot and this was the most uncomfortable room i jave had in 2023. I am sure the rest of the hotel is ok
