A Home to Relax and Unwind The flat feels considered rather than generic, with crisp white walls, a striking original exposed brick wall, a grey corner sofa, and a Smart TV in the upstairs living and dining room. Tall timber sash windows pull in garden light, underfloor heating keeps things warm underfoot, and the sun-trap roof terrace just off the living area is planted with yuccas and ornamental grasses and dressed with bold orange tub chairs for slow mornings and golden-hour evenings.

Good to Know Before You Book This is a two-floor flat inside a Victorian terraced building, so you should be comfortable on stairs. The bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor and the living area, kitchen, and roof terrace are upstairs via a light internal staircase. The front door is shared with one other flat in the building. There is no parking at the property and the surrounding streets are permit only, so arriving without a car is by far the easiest option; the nearest paid public car parks are around Hackney Central, roughly 10 minutes away. The roof terrace overlooks neighbouring homes, so please keep noise considerate, particularly in the evenings. The owners and their family use the property on occasion and have lived on this road for a number of years. Check-in is self-service via a smart lock, with your unique code and full access instructions sent ahead of arrival.

Security Deposit Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.
Booking Policy Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Cancellation Policy Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
